Called Goldman Appliances the week of Aug 10th about a problem with washer. Lady told me the earliest appt would be Tuesday the 15th. Service Tech called on the 14th letting me know he would be out early on the 15th. He arrived shortly before 8 AM, inspected the machine and let me know what was wrong (which verified our suspicions ) He said they would order the part same day and it would take about two days. On Thursday, 18th he came back and installed the part. The over all experience was great. Everyone was very professional, prompt and personable. Very pleased.

As soon as I got the part, I called them. They unfortunately had a family emergency and were not able to come, but they referred me to another company. They were very nice and polite on the phone, and were working with me every step of the way until then.

Did not go well. The Tech said it was un-repairable. I needed a new dryer. I could use the service charge as a deposit for a new one. I would have to go to Ocala to see their dryers. Ocala is 35 miles away. Anyway, I think he broke it. I think I pre-paid the for the parts which did not work. I think he didn't know much about FP products. I think Fisher Paykel was wrong to recommend Goldman's Appliances to repair it. Dont pre-pay for parts, or anything until it works. I was not happy with the service. The tech just left frustrated with the dryer, and I had to buy a new one. The dryer was only 6 years old. It looked new.

Phil checked out my gas cook top and told me I probably would want to replace it as the cost to fix it would be close to the price of a new cook top. He left after that. Professional and quick. Phil seemed to know his business. I feel the cost for that amount of time spent was a little high but professional costs seem to run high and he did have travel time.

I had a problem with my GE washing machine failing to empty water from machine and a Kenmore Natural Gas stove whose burner flame wouldnt turn up high. First time using Angies List using ratings information, I selected and called Goldman Appliances which scheduled me for a wednesday morning with a seviceman's call before hand. Wednesday morning came and everything went as promised ...Serviceman Phillip called around 8:30am and arrived at my house within an 1/2 hour. He went about adjusting my stove and fixing clogged washing machine pump in short order. He was very polite and worked in a very professional manner, keeping water from being splashed or spilled all over while working and kept clean all areas in his work area on stove and washing machine.The service call $$ was very reasonable...Would I use these folks again??.. YOU BET I WOULD!!

They were very professional, on time and courteous. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.

They are outstanding. Their service is prompt, and they come when they are supposed to. They fix what is wrong while they are there. They are very knowledgeable and I am going to use them again. They are neat. They are educated. They told us exactly what they thought was wrong, and they were right. They ordered the part, fix the washer, and it has worked ever since.

Because it was our dishwasher and Thanksgiving was approaching, Melissa worked us into the schedule as soon as the part arrived so Phil had our dishwasher working for Thanksgiving.

Called. They came next day. Ordered required part. Installed the following week. Both service techs very personable and professional. Very pleased..

Goldman Appliances no longer sells appliances (!) I was disappointed to discover this (since I need a range hood and a new dishwasher), but I was glad to discover a number on the door of the business to call for service. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called! I had researched the problem online but there was no way I wanted to try to get to the part that was probably blocked, causing the leak. A systematic problem-solving technique was used, which I appreciated. The technician was very personable but also very professional; a great balance! I also asked a question about my built-in oven, and several about my (old) leaky dishwasher. Even though his advice was to replace the dinosaur, he investigated the cost of a gasket and called me back promptly. I decided the cost was prohibitive and he agreed! I paid the standard minimum for a service call. Though I didn't ask about the future of the service business, if they're around, I'll still call them!

Everything worked out fabulous. They came the same day and fixed it. They told me I could get a new washer. But they offered to do this service to tide me over. They give excellent service. It was the day before Thanksgiving and I needed to get laundry done. It was an emergency run. He told me I needed this part but eventually it would break. They at least gave me a heads up and fixed it for the time being. It is working fine right now and I think it will for about 6 more months.

They came out and fixed it promptly. They were especially good.
