Description of Work: Fixed my dishwasher. They originally thought it was the control panel, but it wasn't and they were very honest about it.

Description of Work: I called with a problem with my washing machine. The person who answered the phone said they had a technician in the area. Not sure of his name but he was very professional. Within an hour he arrived and had my washer fixed. Can't ask for better service than that. I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: Our 16-year old GE Profile refrigerator had a dF system code and the refrigerator side stopped cooling. We discovered this the evening before we checked Angie's list for a company to use. We called early on the 25th and received a quick reply stating the service call fee and stating the service person could arrive mind-morning. He quickly found the problem and said we needed to replace the heater inside the freezer. He explained how the system works. He said if he had to order the part, it would take two days before he could replace it. He said he would dry out the ice on the heater and that would last until the part arrived. When I asked some questions, he stated that other things could start to fail in the refrigerator because of the age and explained what those might be. He charged for service call and left and said he would call when the new part was in. Two hours later, he called and said he was actually able to find the part in Ocala and that he could come over after the two calls that were scheduled for the afternoon. He arrived about three hours after the phone call with the part and installed it quickly. The part was $108.00. He only charged for one service call which was $75. I asked him about appliances and he shared his opinions with me, including the fact that most appliances are designed to last 10-12 years, so having a replacement plan in place is a good idea. We were very impressed with Goldman Appliances and will use them again in the future. Great service!

Description of Work: Repair of a Viking Range, getting hard to find parts in order to repair it. They are very knowledgable and highly skilled!

Description of Work: My Maytag range electronic display and all oven operations had ceased to function. I phoned Goldman's office to schedule a repair visit. After discussing my appliance with me, they talked me through procedures that corrected what turned out to be a resolvable malfunction, saving me a costly service call. That is what I call quality professional service. Thank you for such honest and accurate service!
