Very professional and thorough with every step of the project. My busted tile shower floor was repaired quickly and it looks like there was never any repairs done - good as new. The team arrived on time and cleaned everything up after completion. Everyone was courteous and took the time to do quality work at a fair price. It is very hard in Gainesville Florida to find a qualified professional tile laying company to do a small but complex job like mine. This team came out the next day. They gave me a price same day as I posted the job and it was a fair price! Pick these nice people!

We had a great experience working with Gift Remodeling LLC! They renovated our entire kitchen (including floors) and also laid tile on our back porch and took care of some other projects around the house. They were very accommodating to any changes we requested, and they completed the project within the agreed time frame. Duniel (the owner) was quick to respond and very friendly. We'll absolutely be using them again for future projects. We recommend 100%

They laid tile for me. When the replaced the stove, it sits an inch above the counter top, left a gap under the dishwasher and there is one broken tile and many chipped tiles. Plus three of the four transition pieces have come loose. I contacted him and he said he would come by and fix it, it never did. When I contacted him again, he said he forgot but the fixes are super easy and he would pay me $50 to get someone else to do it because he was out of town. Don’t get these guys who do sloppy work.

Exterior siding work, promised to return for new windows and sliding door install, but abandoned bathroom job before windows came in. My master bathroom tub still leaks, there’s a hole in my living room wall where they went on the other side of the bathroom to try to fix, but didn’t, urinated on my master bathroom floor, left, and now will not contact me back to fix the leak, hole in my living room wall, and I had to hire a handyman on an emergency fee to come today to help with the windows and door install. Gift remodeling LLC on contract to come and ‘repair any rotten wood around windows and chimney’. Along with the unfinished master bathroom. Also on the contract GIFT remodeling LLCwas to do my floor tile through out my whole house, and so now I have 2 pallets of tile and a pallet of grout in my house that they apparently aren’t going to do now. That isn’t on the estimated amount I put, the floor tile was quoted at $8,790. It’s on the same quote. I have it in my email as a peg so I can send it if you need. Was promised GIFT remodeling crew by the owner/manager 2-3 days average per bathroom and it took over 2 months for my 2 and the master still leaks

Terrible. I was told 2-3 days per bathroom. Not only did the workers use almost all the tile we bought, which we were guided to buy atleast 2-3 extra boxes per bathroom/tile, but they left a huge mess in my front yard with all the cut off and small shards. They left messes every time they came and worked. They didn’t bring extension cords, they borrowed mine, borrowed my chop saw, vacuum cleaner, other tools that they didn’t bring with them to do the job. On several, several occasions, I was told they’d be here to start working at a certain time, and they would be 2,3, or 4 hours late, or sometimes they never showed at all. I was told by the owner the worker whom provided the transport for the 2 man team working on my bathrooms that he was having family issues and he was going to fire him after my bathrooms were done, but not before since he already paid him more then what he quoted me for, and since he made that out to be my fault, my bathrooms took over 2 months, with one still undone. my master bathroom tub leaks. They attempted to fix and cut a hole in my wall in my living room to get to it, it took 2 weeks for them to come twice to fix and it still leaks. The last time the workers were here, one urinated all over my master bathroom floor before they left. I informed owner and he said his guys didn’t do that. Now, the Owner has blocked my number and won’t return calls or texts. I am left with an unusable master bathroom tub, until I pay someone again to finish the incomplete job. I had to clean his workers urine off my floor, I still have a hole in my living room wall. I had to run the electric for the water jet tub, even though the owner said it was no problem, I had to fix the drywall from the demo, left that undone too. I had to caulk and grout the tubs and do the finish work, they didn’t do any of this stuff. Tub still leaks. Hole still in living room wall. New windows coming and was supposed to line up being here at same time for the incomplete exterior job I already paid for. So angry and disappointed.

owner came out to measure and pricing. After price was determined, set date. I spent a wednesday off running around picking up 1250 lbs of stone, mortar etc to be ready for him on that Sunday. He couldnt meet that day, so he rescheduled for the following Sunday. In the meantime, I questioned if he was going to install concrete board behind the 1200 lbs of stone, which is recommended or the wall could fall down. He said "if you want, but it will be more money." OKAYYYY... a little worried he didn't know that htis was a must, but maybe his guys did, so I agreed to the additional money. Arranged for him to come now on Sunday. Saturday (today 9/25) Day before and rearranging everything, he texted to say, he couldn't meet that date. Now sitting with lots of money in material and yet another week lost. I let him know i am no longer interested. Was I too small? Did he offer to low in money? Did they get in over their heads on this job and don't want to do it? Very perplexed and sad by it all.

Gift Remodeling showed up as scheduled. Their work was excellent. The flooring looks great. Everything was cleaned up before they left. I would hire them again and recommend them to my friends.

Gift Remodeling was the absolute best choice. From our very first meeting, where they were on time. To getting everything done on time and going beyond our expectation with the entire project. We got interior painting, including entire ceiling, entire interior walls, removing old carpet, removing tile, installing Luxury Vinyl Planks, installing all new baseboards. Gift Remodeling had to come back behind another contractor, and fix a lot of things that they screwed up. I had 3 other contractors give me estimates, and all of them pointed out the same things that were done wrong. In the end, I'm very happy with the work they did, and how it turned out. Very professional, easy to work with, reliable, upfront, detailed, worked very clean, cleaned their mess, plus what first contractor left behind.

He did the job at night and that was dedication. He came back the next day and completed it. I have no problems. They were great. They helped me out. They were nice people. I would use them again.

He re-tiled my shower, and it was great, perfectly done, Daniel the owners, was the most reliable, honest, and he made sure that everything was done perfectly.

Absolutely amazing, hands down. I had wonderful, fast, and the best customer service from Duniel and his team. I called and requested a quote, and within an hour I got all the information I needed including an appointment. He came out and did a wonderful job. I had a big roof leak that did lots of damage to my walls and ceiling, but thanks to the Duniel, my walls and ceiling looks brand new again. He was very friendly and helpful.
