My experience to them in the quoting process is that they were very thorough, showed us several options, discussed what I want would be better than the other, didn't push a thing to a decision, and educated us to what was available thing to that nature.

We saw their reviews on Angie's list, this is what led us to contact them. We had ideas of what we wanted and the salesman showed us what they had in similar products and explained each product. Their pricing was lower than another highly rated competitor and not much higher than some bare bones discounters. They do a good job presenting and selling their products. They did not handle laminate flooring we wanted as one of their regular items but the obtained this flooring at a competitive price. Their installers were on time, polite, efficient and just very professional. Did a great job and were quick. We do recommend the Ocala Georgia Direct Flooring.

They allowed me to take home several samples over the course of a week until I found one that I liked. I also selected porcelain tile for the kitchen, but it later turned out that the tile was out of stock. They offered a replacement and then gave me the tile free. They were always responsive to my questions and gave me good information on engineered hardwood in general. They were never pushy, either. I shopped at 5 different flooring stores but selected Georgia Floor in the end. Their price was competitive. And, they recommended an installer (Jason Elliott Floors) who was also outstanding.

After visiting 7 local stores and checking over 15 websites, we found both the quality and pricing at Georgia Floors Direct to be superior to any other company. The Salesman, George Prada, was exceptionally helpful in assisting us to choose the best flooring product for our home. We have 2 large dogs and George steered us toward laminate flooring based on our lifestyle and the presence of the dogs. Not only did he steer us this way, he advised us against any type of shiny finish in order to avoid having the dogs slip and slide on the floor. Once we made our purchase, the installer, Tracey Neville arrived to install the flooring not only on time, but almost a half an hour EARLY. We found this amazing in this day when almost everyone is late. The job, covering about 1,100 square feet, was estimated to take 1.5 to 2.0 days. Tracey, along with one other person, worked non-stop for 7 hours and fully completed the job in less than 1 day. The quality of the work was perfect in every way. In the 3 weeks that have past since the installation, we have found no defects or problems of any kind with the work done. We highly recomment this company.
