As said above I still use there service.

They come out once a month. They do their job and off they go.

We moved to Florida recently and not knowing anyone we had to rely on Angie's List and the internet to determine who to hire for pest control. We chose Florida Pest Control and were very pleased with their service. All personnel were courteous, professional and did there jobs very well. We have had no insects since the initial treatment. I would highly recommend this company.

n Dunnellontowards the end of March This is the third year I have used with Florida Pest. The first year they were good. The second year they were late twice. The last time they were to show they called me 5 hours later telling me the truck broke down. They came the next day. I renewed this year's contract on 2/17/95 for an annual sum of $330. The employee told me that they would spray near the end of March. On 4/1/2015 I called asking where are they. I spoke to an employee who was totally bewildered who could not find any record of me. She finally found my account and told me the manager Chris "just left a meeting" and he would call me. I called an hour later and spoke to Becky, who had my account. She told me that my contract started on 3/31/2015. She said that the manager would "see when they would be in Dunnellon" and contect me. Today is 4/3/2015. I have yet to receive a call for an appointment. REALLY bad customer service.

They are reliable and they did a good job.

Their service was great. They were nice people and knowledgeable. They always showed up when they said the would. They did a good job at keeping the pests away. I was always able to reach them if I needed. I plan on using the company again.

I saw a rat in our kitchen at 4:45 am and frantically left a message with the pest company, at 7:01 exactly ( they open at 7:00). They called me back 1 hour later they were at our house treating our rodent problem!

They did a fine job. I was very happy with them. They will be coming back every 4 months to check things out.

Florida Pest Control has done well with all areas of our contracts. They have been extremely responsive and we have the cell phone of the agent responsible for our account. Whenever there has been a concern, e.g. possible insects in the house or shrubbery questions, they have been right there to answer the call. have always been polite and punctual. We will continue to use this vendor,

I initially contacted via the company's email system on a Monday. Not too impressed with that system. I had expected at least an email confirmation but did not recieve one nor a phone call. Called on Wednesday and received immediate response to my questions: yes they had received my email but had misunderstood what I was requestng. Told them I wanted to set up an inspection for that Friday (2 days away). I had a technician call me back within 1/2 hour and we had an inspection set up for that Friday for the time specified. They called before they came out, did a thorough inspection and an agreement was reached for services. It was set up that the technician would be out to perform the services the following Friday. Again, they called before they came out and performed services as requested. They were polite, friendly and accomodating. I would use their services again.

I have used this company for years to spray the yard for bugs (mostly fire ants) and they always have done a great job and there products work . Well I called and asked about lawn fertilizing and they said they do this. A company representative showed up, checked out the yard and scheduled an appointment. They always call before coming (which is nice) and the tech. arrived when he said he would , and did a good job .I highly recommend this company , there people are courteous ,proffesional, and freindly . 5stars

Our representative helped make it an easy process. The pest control person was out the next day and since he left we haven't had any other issues. Our home and yard were treated with care and respect. They are proud of their role in our community and should be.

We don't have bugs. We will continue to use them in the future.

They are excellent. Everything that they do is set up and is very professional. I've had them for years now and I've gone used to them. They are well trained and are very knowledgeable in their work. They always answer if I have any questions. They are punctual and are sometimes early. I would use them again in the future.

They are very honest, good and I recommend them. I have used them for 3 years and am on a yearly contract with them. They are the best and are honest, good people who show up on time. It you are late paying the bill they are cool with that. I will use them again in the future.

They have been very good. They are always on time. Their price varies depending on the service done, but they do what they say they are going to do. We have been with them for 30 years.

They checked the whole property and said we didn't have termites. We have termites in the woods, but not inside the house. They didn't charge us anything which was really a nice thing. Their service contracts are very good. They are good guys.

So far they have been good, we have only used them once. They will be back to spray again, but I have no doubt they will be here and do good job. They did a good job, they were friendly and they came when they said they would.

They are always extremely professional. They are very thorough. We have had zero termite issues since they have been providing the service for the past 8 years. If you need them to they can still come out during the year. They are great seasoned mature people. They are great old guys. They are people that have been with them for ten or fifteen years. Their staff is knowledgeable. They have excellent caller ID cross reference material. When I call they know who I am right away.
