Frederick & Brad were wonderful! They took such great care of mom's belongings, wrapping everything in the blankets & securing it all with giant rolls of moving wrap (looks like giant plastic wrap). We were amazed at the care they took, the neighbors who were helping us pack boxes talked out how mom's furniture looked like a bunch of neatly wrapped gifts, sitting in the staging area of the garage, waiting to be loaded on the truck. They were organized & professional & very understanding of my mom's worries about moving (she's 88 & this was a hugely stressful change for her). They loaded our truck carefully & neatly, tied everything down & left us enough room so we could load the boxes we had not finished packing (it was a holiday weekend & we weren't leaving for 2 days). The whole job took 6 hours & not a minute of that time was wasted. We were so pleased at their efficiency (& their kindness to my mom). I would definitely use them again & recommend them to everybody that we talk to - several neighbors of mom's are in the same situation (widowed, elderly & planning to move closer to their children). Florida Palms Moving would even have driven our truck for us, if my brother-in-law hadn't been able to help out there & they would have unloaded us on the other end (400 miles away). Frederick & Brad made this whole experience a lot less stressful for us. We cannot say enough good things about them!
