The customer stated that the provider never picks up the trash as planned. She stated that she never knows when her trash will be picked up.
Description of Work: Customer stated he hasnt picked up the trash from yesterday. And when they call they tell the customer that some one would get back with them. And the trash hauler never gets back to them. The customer stated that she feels like that are not responsible and not professional. And the customer stated that you never know where you trash can is going to be.

When I moved into Marion Oaks I got the Trash company to start picking up my trash and it was $52.00 every 3 months and it was on auto pay. First they started in 2015 charging people credit cards a month early because they changed their policy that when the bill came out your card was charged although it was not due for another month. They never sent a letter to tell people it would be changed to go by this guideline and people who have a limited budget ended up paying out to the company a month early and this could be a drain on their finances. I complained to them about that and stopped my auto pay and requested from now on to get a postcard and I would pay when the bill was due not one month early. Second I have been here for 2 years and my trash has been picked up on Monday and Thursday of each week and today 4/2/15 it is Thursday and I was suppose to get my trash picked up and the trash is still in the yard along with both my neighbors across the street. I contacted the company again and requested that if this was a holiday and she advised no. I said then why is my trash not picked up? She replied by asking if I get a post card for the next bill. I told her yes, and then she said that a letter was sent out advising the customer that they no longer pick up on Thursday but now just on Monday once a week. I told them I never got no letter and she advised that I was not the first person to call about this. apparently my neighbors do not know either. They sent out no letter just the way the sent out no letter to the customer that they are going to charge your account one month early. This company has a problem with billing and a problem with fabricating lies. I wish I had an attorney that would look out after the underdog and go after this company for putting its clients through the problems they have. A company when changing the billing system in way a customer pays should be notified and I was told that this is the way they are going to start doing it with no letter. then they stop your service after 2 years and then tell you that Marion Oaks was once a week and that some customers was getting 2 days a week but that policy has changed and again with no notification. My trash will set out in the yard and dogs will go through it and this will not be a problem of mine. This company has a problem. Thank goodness when I paid my bill I extended it out and have canx the service. My trash will be picked up for the remainder of the month or I will complain again and this time with an attorney.

there are not a lot of options on the west side of ocala so we have been with this place for a couple years; its been problems since the beginning but we didn't want to put the work into finding another provider so we have just lived with it. the service itself it timely, they have never not picked up the trash on the sheduled days and that is the end of the nice things i have to say. they broke our first trash, typical plastic model from lowes, i have a theory as to what they did to it. they would take the lid and instead of closing it back up they would push the lid into the can, over time this warped it into an oval shape where it eventually ripped. so we get a trash can with a lid that is attached, NOPE, that didn't help, we kept find the lid all over the place, i once found it in the neighbors lawn across the street. i was home sick one day and i decided to watch them when i heard the truck, the guy picks up the can and bangs it against the side of the truck so the lid pop open (and off btw), then just sits the lid upside down in the can and moves on. it almost became a joke between my husband and i on how bad coudl it get. so thats my complaints about the pick up guys. whats worse than all of that is the office staff if you call. after the first can was damaged my husband called and while completely uninterested she wasn't outwardly rude and said to email a photo of the can with an explanation and they woudl reimburse us. so we did and we never got a response, not even the standard email saying too bad so sad. but we let it go because it wasn't worth the stress and just got a new can. then our service was cut off. i will admist i cut it close but the paper said i had until the beginning of june before it was cut off and i waited until the beginning of may to pay it. then they cut it off early, its still may! so i noticed the check has sure been deposited and so my husband calls them and she was so so rude right off the bat. this is there person in charge of your customer service? he asked if they would be there on Monday to do their regular pick-up and her response was "of course, why wouldn't they" maybe because the check went through on Tuesday and our trash wasn't picked up on thursday maybe thats why? and my husband told her we never received the initial bill just the late payment notice and she said "i don't know what to tell you sir, we send out thousands of notices and those people all get them." again, it may have been our fault, we are talking about a postcard here but what an attitude. miserable people doing a miserable job. this is the final straw and i'm going to do some research for another provider.
