First Impression

I contacted First Impression based on a referral. They came to my home and gave anestimated to install concrete curbing. I requested a price for both grey and colored/stamped curbing. I found his prices very competetive. When I called to schedule a time to install the curbing I was told the price I thought was for colored/stamped curbing was for solid grey concrete. He requoted the job and gave me a new estimate. When I called him to arrange a time to proceed with the installation of the curbing he never returned my call. Not professional.

Went very well. The work was performed on time and at estimate. James was very honest, explaining areas where he had expertise and where he didn't, also gave free and useful advice on other landscaping matters. Upon conclusion the company cleaned up their mess and left things very tidy. They had to come back because of a mistake I made and did not charge for the additonal work, even though they had to spend nearly two hours on it. Very honest, hard-working people.
