Quick response to phone calls and provided service within 24 hours. Professional, friendly, quoted me the normal cleaning price which I was ready to pay, bit upon inspection found heavy cleaning was not needed and reduced the prices. I appreciate the honesty and will call them again.

Well, but since they couldn't clean from the top of the chimney, only from inside the house, due to the cap being sealed, I don't know for sure if the entire chimney was cleaned.

Mr Remington was very nice, and since we're new to having a fireplace, he gave us safety tips too, and addressed our concerns about an overhanging tree.

Went extremely well. Got a lot of lint out of dryer vent. Did inspect the chimney flue and found it to be in satisfactory condition and not in need of sweeping and cleaning at this time. Very nice gentleman and would definitely recommend him to anybody in need of his services.

Aaron checked the chimney (outside) and then checked the fireplace & flue etc. in the house. Said it was clean and needed no cleaning at this time! (Talk about an honest person!). He gave us the inspection report, told us about the dented (but not really damaged) chimney cap and said we may want to call for a cleaning next year. 1) He also suggested calling our insurance company because some companies give you a discount once an inspection has been made and 2) asked us about our Smoke Detectors. He then told us that the local Fire Department offers free Smoke Detectors and installs them for residents, even gave us the phone number to call! (They were, in fact, installed this morning!) Aaron was right on time, efficient, honest and quite knowledgeable. What a great work ethic. A pleasure doing business with him.

The name of the kid was Aaron Remington and he was a fireman. I thought he was great. He was nice. He came in and it took about an hour. We were new to the area and we were taking care of the property. He told us how to properly use it and what wood to use. He was very informative. He was very polite. He was a nice guy. My wife was pretty happy with him. I called other places and they were a lot more than what he was charging. He was here within an hour. We would absolutely use his services again.
