Charlie did a beautiful job the first time time and I won't call anyone else. He delivered again. Was right on time and completed job quickly. I highly recommend him.

Today, we only needed the windows cleaned in our home (inside & outside). He advised he would be here at 9:30 AM and he arrived at 9:30 AM. He promptly went to work and completed the job in less than 2 hrs (we have a large home, and he has to use ladder to get to most of the windows. He always does a wonderful job--he takes a lot of pride in his work. I tired to include a photo but it would not accept. I feel like the two birds on the commercial who is sitting outside waiting for something to "slam" into the window since it is so clean!!! The prices they charge are reasonable (especially with the end result). I certainly would recommend Charlie (Family Affair)---these days you must be cautious with persons you hire to come into your home; however, Charlie has proven himself to us. I am always impressed when someone makes an appointment for 9am and shows up at 9am. I joked with my wife that I could have set my watch by his arrival. He was thorough, respectful of your property, including our plants and the rocks in our flower beds, and clearly has done this work for some time. He has a routine that covers all the details and leaves nothing to chance. I put "pressure" in quotes because he does not use excessively high pressure. He clearly was using a pressure that was sufficient to clean the walls, but not so much that our paint was in any jeopardy. We will definitely be using his services again.

I found Charlie from Family Affair on Angie's List and was certainly not disappointed. He called promptly, set up an appointment for an estimate, and arrived right on time. I agreed to the price, which was very reasonable for the amount of work involved and arranged a date and time for the work. On the work date, Charlie arrived on time, was meticulous in his work, was careful of my landscaping and left the work area clean and sparkling! I went out on the street to look over the house, and it looks brand new. Thank you, Charlie, for a wonderful job. I will spread the word around the neighborhood for sure. Family Affair will be my #1 pressure washer/window cleaner from now on.

I have had many bad experiences with pressure washing individuals. I have never re-hired any of them. Charlie, the owner of this company, was wonderful. He gave me a fair price and did an exceptional job. He is meticulous, systematic, and professional. He washed all of my concrete, which is substantial (my home is surrounded by sidewalks, concrete paths, a slab for the RV and numerous steps; two large dog pens; two porches; and two benches that were covered in mildew. He arrived when he said he would, went straight to work, and I am more than satisfied. I will hire this company again. Thank you so much.

He went above and beyond with removing pine needles. - did by hand in some areas. Did a fantastical job at everything else. Very meticulous on cleaning up afterwords as well. Very hard worker and a great deal for the amount of work done. I would highly recommend.

I thought the pricing was in the ballpark for what they were going to do. I trust them. They're punctual.

He used a light pressure wash on my windows and than came by and cleaned by hand to get the detailing of the windows cleaned. He does all the work himself and sometimes has his daughter to help in the jobs. He is professional, efficient, and punctual. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.
