+ 0 moreToday he came out to collect December's payment but he demanded again in cash that he wanted the payment. In the contract it states that payments will be done via check. I told him in a letter today that until he catches up on his work I will not make another payment. The lighting installation has not been completed nor has the water softeners and some of the work that he started in the beginning is deteriorating and I will not pay anymore until it is done.
Description of Work: The service provider has been working on my home since July.

Description of Work: We had landscaping done that included brick tree/flower beds, river rock with planting of new flowers, trees and several palms. The front, back and side lawns were all landscaped. The work took about 12 days. All digging and planting were done manually - no heavy equipment used. The workers are hard-working and very personable. We were asked what we wanted and even went plant shopping with them. Nothing was finalized without them first validating with us. We are very happy with the results and would use them again.
