+ -1 moreI stopped having Eric mow because he wanted me to pay at the beginning of each month ( before he did any work). I was not comfortable with that.
Description of Work: Eric raked & smoothed soil near back of fence. I did not know the area was so rocky, so he could only do so much.

+ -1 moreI think he can do landscaping but its primarily lawn and yard work. He sides four or five houses in our neighborhood. He is very good and very conscientious. For him, I would give the best grade.
