+ -1 moreDaniel Osborne did an outstanding job. It was very technical because he had to take it all the way to the studs due to water damage. He basically build it up from the wood adding sheetrock and finishing it out with edging and texture. The finish product was perfect you could not tell that work had been done. It blended in perfectly with the original walls. You have to pay for quality and Daniel is definitely a craftsman and worth the extra money. I would highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed.

He literally made the wall look like nothing was ever there!

The repair was the best I have seen and there was a definite pride of craftsmanship often missing these days. Yes, it was more expensive, but I would hire them again in a heartbeat because my home and its appearance is important to me. And I knew that it was important to this company as well.

We had negotiated for with him for us to do the priming and painting when the sheetrock was completed, so he told us what kind of primer and paint to purchase so we would get paint that would work long term.. Mr. Osborne was up front about what he would and would not do, so there were no surprises. We would definitely use him again for any repairs related to drywall. He is very pleasant and professional. He also did follow up with us to be sure that everything was holding up and we were happy with the work he did. Great job by Drywall Repair and Repoire, L.L.C.
Description of Work: In December, 2013, Daniel Osborne came to repair inspect our entryway ceiling and discovered what the problem was that we were experiencing. We ended up agreeing to have him tear the sheetrock down and completely replace it with appropriate quality sheetrock. Although his quote on the work was less than what the job ran, he honored the pricing and completed the job beautifully. At the time he gave us the quote on the entryway, we asked hiim to also do a quote on the lanai ceiling as well. When the cost for the front entryway was more than he originally quoted, he still stood by his quote on both the entryway and the lanai. The provider removed the sheetrock ceiling in our lanai and he upgraded the sheetrock to support the outdoor environment and added extra support in the corners so that there would be no future sagging.
