+ -1 moreWe had to get someone else. John came out and took pictures. He said there was a death in the family. That is why it took him two months to get back to us. He had a contractor come out and take a look at our problem. He did not show up either again. We lost three months. Eventually we went with another company that were excellent.
Description of Work: I used Donahue Architecture. He came late. The person that he got to do the work never showed. I wasn't too happy with John Donahue. We are in a retirement area in Florida. The bathroom leaks a lot. We started with John. He went inside and found out what he thought was the problem. The builders left out of plywood. He thought that was the cause of the problem.

+ -1 moreJohn from Donahue Architecture Inc was a very nice gentleman, very thorough, and we were impressed by him when he was here but he was going to write up the results to email us and we haven't gotten them yet. He didn't return our calls, didn't confirm or show up for our appointment, but he did show up the next day.
Description of Work: John from Donahue Architecture Inc came out to perform an inspection for an estimate for water infiltration in the ceiling.

+ -1 moreThe biggest negative was scheduling some of the subs to stay on a timeline. But from start to finish John was professional, timely and reasonable. Whether is was the bathroom's floorplan, the interior design, or making sure the project was on track, John was on top of all the issues.
Description of Work: John Donahue designed the remodel layouts for two bathrooms in our home. He also assisted us in finding and scheduling contractors to do the the work. John did an outstanding job and the sub contractors he uses are outstanding. We HIGHLY recommend Donahue Architecture.
