Description of Work: Under contract for 1 yr. and checked my system and added coolant. Tried to talk me into buying a new unit since mine was 10 years old was surely going to quit on me at any time. I gave a C in professionalism since I do not like a hard sales technique

Description of Work: tThey came early in the morning and duct work replaced (including for the air cleaner) done by the time the unit arrived from the warehouse Work was done quickly and was workng within 4 hours Only problem was I was told the sheet metal protector to be install would take 2 days Instead, it took 8 days I live in an area where wild animals like to find openings to use to crawl under the house Part of payment was for 2 maintenance service calls
