Description of Work: Brand new heat pump still under warranty shut off - wouldn't start back up. The service man that came to our house worked on the unit for over 2 hours- (and it was really hot ) and fixed the problem which was a wire short!! The service man said to me "sorry that this has happened - it really made me use all the training and schooling that he received enabled to trace the route cause of the problem!!

+ 0 moreWhen my husband and me returned from dinner at 9:30 on a Friday night, we noticed that the air was not on. That's when we discovered it was not working. We called Clean Home & Air Inc. hoping to be able to get someone out the next day to look at the system and tell us what we needed. I was pleasantly shocked when Danny, answered the telephone and stated he could be at my house in twenty minutes. I was again suprised that the service call would only cost $20.00. He arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable, and fix the compressor on the air conditioner. The total cost was on $165.00. Then he offered to come back the follow week to clean our vents. I was amazed and floored that he did the work so quickly and efficiently and didn't try to fleece me and my husband because of this emergency. Everyone Call Danny at Clean Home & Air Inc. This company may be small, but they're Huge on customer service, price and professionalism.
Description of Work: First of all he answered his telephone at 9:30p.m. Then came out to fix my airconditioner and only charged $20.00 for the emergency service call. He didn't charged $35.00 or $70.00, he charged $20.00. He fixed the air-conditioner that night and promised to return the following week to clean the air ducts.
