+ -1 moreDenise lied to us and caused a lot of frustration. For example she said the buyer would pay for a termite warranty. At the time of closing they changed their mind and said they were not going to pay for it, and then they managed to get it for free by lying to my agent. Other examples include when they came to do a home inspection they left our house a mess with the sprinkler water running much higher than it usually does, which ran up our water bill significantly.
Description of Work: Denise Remmers was the realtor for the buyer who bought our home.
