Description of Work: I had a burst copper pipe under one of the bathrooms. The contractor was able to reach the pipe via the outside wall, saving having to destroy the bathtub etc. Very happy with the contractors work and professionalism. Worth noting that my house insurance declined to pay for any such work. Although I have insurance for damage caused by a burst pipe, if the contractor had to find the leak by going through the floor in the bathroom this was not covered as the burst pipe did not cause this damage. Check your policies!

+ 2 moreBuilding the garage and decks was a bit slow. Much of that was due to two things. First was labor situations. There was difficulty getting good help for the contractor. This was not his fault as the ones he hired were less than ideal. Some would show up for an hour or two the disappear. The contractor when he would find an employee slacking on the job, they would not be working for him anymore. The work that was ultimately done was beautiful and well made. The decks were mostly done by one person. He did some outstanding work. The plumbing, electrical and driveway were done well and without any problems. I would without hesitation to recommend this contractor to anyone, especially the owner Larry Ballard. Without a doubt he goes out of his way to make sure the work that is done is done correctly.0
Description of Work: Built a garage, front and back deck, driveway, wheel chair ramp, fixed plumbing installed all electrical.
