Bought a home in OTOW, and carpeting in bedrooms needed to be replaced. Spoke with several vendors and in a trip down, met Janice Ferguson. In business a long time, - had good selection and great advice. She and an estimator stayed late on a Friday to meet with us. Had several samples ready when we got there. Estimator went with us to the home, and measured. Wife picked out the tile. We gave the keys to a neighbor. Castle Carpets handled the rest. The neighbor contacted us saying the installer was amazing - and they will use Castle for their work. Price was right, work EXCELLENT - sent pictures as rooms were finished. I had whole houses tiled before, but this was by far the best job we have EVER seen.

Perfect. Bob (owner) is a great guy and Steve was very professional and excellent in his craft as the installer. Friendly, hard working and on-time. Great work, money well spent. They were very upfront with the costs, time frame, etc. Would call them again in a heartbeat.

Steve and Jesse were professional, polite, and punctual except for returning to finish trim.

Great experience. A family -owned company that cares about their customers and makes customer service a priority.

Went EXTREMELY well. I enjoyed working with this family business. We purchased an Armstrong luxury vinyl flooring in a slate multi-color pattern that I had comparison shopped from other Ocala flooring stores. Castles price was the best. The existing flooring in the old part of the sun room was pebble that needed to be removed. Castle came and removed the old pebble flooring so when the new flooring was laid it would be a clean, smooth Job. These folks did an absolutely terrific job. We were so pleased with these folks that we then purchased custom sunshades with valances for all 10 windows and two exit doors on our new sun room. Again, they worked with us to select shades that were within our budget and did the install. The installer, Kevin, did a remarkable job. The corner windows were tough to fit the shades but he worked diligently until the were hung just right. I am so pleased with castle carpet and interiors and will only use them for my future flooring and interior needs. Nice to find a business I can trust and that strives to make the customer happy. No one can match them!!
