We had to have 6ft high wood fence replaced with chain link fence 6ft high. Kerry Watson came out yesterday, alone, took down wood fence. He loaded it on his trailer. Then he measured out for poles. Dug them all with post hole digger, put them in place and poured concrete in holes. He never stopped! No break, just grab a chug of Gatorade. Back this morning, alone. Ran top rails, then ran fencing. Then he tightened it all up. Kerry was truly awesome and so polite! Big sun fencing rocks! Thank you very much!

I was moving into my new condo and needed fencing ASAP for my two dogs. Big Sun made it happen (in conjunction with ARK approval) in several days. Their installer, Brad, was wonderful and even worked in the dark to get it done for me before the move. I could not have asked for better service or consideration. I am now having them install a gate at my front door so my dogs don't run off when I open the door. Five Star rating. I wish I could remember all the ladies' names in the office to thank as well!

We had Big Sun Fencing install beige 6’ vinyl fencing around our property. We included multiple gates on both sides of the property for access purposes. The entire process was extremely thorough and professional. The estimator provided every option possible giving us the capability to decide size, design, color, and pricing to completely expose the possibilities of what we could accomplish. The installer (Rod) was way beyond any expectations filled with knowledge and experience along with extensive pride in his workmanship! He treated every step of the way as if it was his home getting the fencing. His communication was amazing and very appreciated by both myself and my wife. I guess I never thought about how satisfying it would be having a new fence around my home but I expressed to my wife several times how impressed I was with the entire process which makes me a HIGHLY satisfied customer! I requested a quote to install 304 feet of privacy fence, received price within a couple of days and ordered the fence. It took less than a month for Big Sun to order and fabricate all the parts for installation. They sent two installers by the name of Jim and Rod who did the installation in one day. The guys started the job at 7:30 sharp and completed the job the same day. They were very professional and did a great job of clean up. I would not hesitate to hire this company again.

During installation, installers threw down a tool and broke an irrigation line. They were honest to tell me right away and assure they would fix it. This was Monday. On Saturday, when sprinklers ran, water was still pouring out after the system shut down. Irrigation repair confirmed dried glue from the repair from the fence installers, had traveled through the pipe and blocked a valve. This repair cost me $195. I called Big Sun hoping they would offer something to help but all they did was deny it was their responsibility. This damage wasn’t even caused where they installed new fence. It was outside of the gate! So now on top of over $4000 for the new fence, we had to pay nearly $200 to repair damage they caused. Very disappointed with this company!

Installers were very professional and quickly completed the job.
