I've had them since I moved here 8 years ago, and they have been Johnny-on-the-spot. If I need service, they are always here within a couple hours.

Hired to perform routine maintenance of our air handler and A/C unit outside several years in a row. Told then that the unit was making some noises inside the air handler and asked about banging noises coming from outside. They said the banging noise from the unit outside during the cold season is normal. I explained it was very often and loud enough to wake me from sleep. They said yes normal. They oiled stuff inside the air handler and charged me for cleaning and adding more coolant. 5 months later the sounds from both areas I complained about began to start again. Called in a different company and they found that the blower fan was off balance and the fan needed to be replaced. It was still under warranty so no parts charge. The outdoor unit was checked next and the technician was able to duplicate the sound I was hearing. He said that was on defrost cycle and it was cycling too frequently and was set incorrectly. Hear it is a year later and no more banging from the unit and the blower fan is quite as can be.
