+ 0 moreHe just dropped off some pictures of projects he finished. I was just reading some of his reviews so that's why I called him. He was responsive to the initial phone call and then he followed up with phone calls to see if we had chosen some one yet. He called me this last week to drop off the pictures for us to look at. He was going to replace our wooden deck with a new wooden deck but after talking to other contractors they said the price of wood is more than concrete and the concrete last a lot longer. I told Ark about that and he wanted to build wooden so I think we're not going to use him. He was very personable.

Description of Work: We moved to Florida in 2010 and decided to have our screened Linai turned into an actual room adjoining the home. Ark raised the floor of the linai to make it seamless to the home, took out the metal outside wall, framed it in wood put in insulation, installed new windows, removed sliding doors into existing rooms and framed out openings.. He also hung and finished the drywall. Bob Hallameyer who is the owner of ARK was extremely easy to work with, totally trustworthy, he organized the subcontractors and made the remodel as stressfree as possible. We would not hesitate to use him again and would recomend him to anyone wishing to have any remodel jobs done in this area.

Description of Work: He installed the heating and air in our enclosed porch. He also hired two subs to install the floor for our porch, which he supervised the whole time.
