Josh and Jonathan arrived on time and were very professional. Josh's room measurements were accurate and there were no surprises when comparing the cost with the original estimate. Josh also explained the process in detail so we knew exactly what to expect. We are very happy with the results and will definitely use Allred's again. As a nice touch they leave behind a bottle of their spot cleaner which can be refilled at no charge.

They are very professional and were able to remove this stain with their "bag of tricks." We will use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Called Allred's Performance Plus approximately 3 weeks before actual work was performed. Spoke to a nice lady and told her what I wanted done. She asked me the size of my rooms which of course is a little difficult to do without measuring them but I pretty much knew so I gave her the sizes of the bedrooms but didn't know the size of the living room or dining room but did know the total sq ft of my house which I gave her. So she then gave me a quote of $310 and said she was sending me an email which would have a $10 coupon I could use so my cost would then only be $300. Plus she gave me a detailed description of what they would do for that quote. So based on the wonderful reviews, what I could expect to be done and the price I decided to let them clean my carpet so I set up a date to have the work performed. The day before I also called to confirm my appointment. As promised Josh and his helper Travis arrived on time. Josh then proceeded to go through each room, I thought he was looking at the carpet to see what had to be done and if there were any issues we needed to be pointed out, but instead he was using a laser type measuring tape to measure the square footage of each of my rooms. Then he proceeds to tell me my cost is no longer $310 but $386 less the $10 coupon because my square footage is larger then what was quoted. I felt like saying well part of that square footage does have furniture on it Josh and why am I now being charged more after been given a quote already. Plus I found it funny that the email I was sent had this funny blog about don't you hate it when you are given a quote and the company comes it and all of a sudden they add more money to your bill. I should have kicked him out of my house at that point but I needed my carpets cleaned so I agreed to the price. Yes, They did a good job, carpets are clean and hopefully they still look this good after 30 days. We had to move our car out of our driveway to let them move their truck closer to our house and when they left we noticed 3 large oil stains in are very nice clean driveway. My husband tried to remove the stains but unfortunately they did not come out. So now I not only paid $76 more for work performed that I wasn't counting on, plus I gave the guys each a $10 tip I have 3 horrible looking oil stains in my driveway. I know I should call and complain but I am sure someone will say something like I bet those stains were already there. UPDATE: I received a phone call from Allred's a couple days after posting my review with an apology about the oil stains left by their service truck. They sent someone out to my home and attempted to remove the oil stains by first cleaning them with some type of oil stain remover followed by kitty litter. We were told to leave the kitty litter on the stains for a day but we decided to leave it on for several days. Then after cleaning off the kitty litter we were very surprised to see that the stains were gone. I would like to thank Allred's for taking care of this so promptly. I will more then likely use their service again in the future but will definitely make sure someone comes to my home first to give me an actual visual estimate and not one over the phone.

The service is scheduled for next week, so no outcome on that part yet. BUT ... from 1st call to the end of the estimate and plan for cleaning far exceeded all my expectations. Everyone was so very professional in all ways. Josh was our guy and he represented the company in the best way possible. We are excited to start a relationship with Allred's Performance Cleaning.

Josh arrived on time with a bouquet of carnations and told me it was so that I would have a good day. After showing him the carpets to be cleaned and the problem areas, he explained how he was going to shampoo and deodorize the carpets. He pretreated the problem areas and then cleaned each carpet. Josh was very precise in his work and re-treated each stain as many times as was needed. By the time he finished, all the stains were either lightened or gone completely. He left me shoe "booties", so I could walk on the carpet that day, as well as a complimentary refillable bottle of spot cleaner for future stains. I would definitely rehire this company.

Couch was badly stained and damaged in a move. In order to have the couch repaired the stains needed to be taken care of. I explained to the service tech what had occurred and he took the time, and it was cleaned. I appreciate that the company took the time to confirm the appointment both by phone and email. They also included a picture of the service tech that would be coming, Bottom line, great company and service!

This is by far the best carpet cleaning company I have dealt with. Have used them several times in the past for my home carpets and from the first phone call making the appointment with Erin to dealing with George, Josh or Travis the customer service and work they do is over the top. My carpets always look new when they finish the job. Today I brought my car to them so that they could clean the upholstery and carpet and George did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this company you will not be disappointed.

The rug was returned in beautiful and clean condition. All of the employees are exceedingly well trained and so professional. I had a chair and ottaman cleaned on site and it looked like a new piece of furniture. The bright yellow/white fabric was fresh and vibrant. What a great company and so refreshing to work with people that treat your home like their own.

Superb cleaning. The best of any we have ever had from any company. Brought back carpet near covered high traffic areas to look the same as the covered area. Only downside is that they are pricier than others but well worth it.

This is not my first experience with Allred's. I have used them for prior cleaning jobs with the same excellent results. This time my carpets had the added issues of spills from visiting grandchildren and a new puppy. Josh was punctual as always. As I was having the whole house cleaned, he remeasured everything. Cleaning is priced by the square foot. He identified the areas that needed the additional treatment for urine spots and got to work. He uses a large fan as each room is cleaned to aid in the drying process. His extraction is excellent and with the addition of the fan the dry time was excellent. Josh is friendly and professional. He knows carpet and gives expert advise. I highly recommend Allred's.

Joshua arrived on time . . . with flowers! He was very friendly, professional and got right to work. Took about four hours to clean carpets in living room, dining room, three bedrooms, and hall. Removed spots that previous carpet cleaner wasn't able to eliminate. We will be using Allred's exclusively in the future. Highly recommend.

The job went as expected and they where very efficient.

Came when he said he would. Was very meticulous about moving furniture and cleaning in and around same. A couple of things originally quoted could not be accomplished so he removed them from the bill and they will be done the first week of December. The tile and grout look brand new and the carpets are a super improvement.

They are professional and did a great job with the stains and cleaning of the carpets. The young man doing the job did very well.

Travis was on time, professiona and very courteous. He validated the company's claim of 'getting the stains out others leave behing'. Highly recommended.

It was a complete job done professionally. No time was wasted. Very thorough and he was very courteous. This is the third time I have used Allred's.
