Description of Work: I contacted this company for an estimate. They were not the least expensive, however, I still considered him due to his rating. Another company said that I could get a replacement part/parts for my existing unit and save a lot of money. This company claimed that I couldn't get parts and would only give a new unit cost which also would have required permits from the city, etc. Therefore, I went with another company who gave a two year guarantee, installed new replacement parts, and saved me thousands. It pays to shop.

Description of Work: I had routine pre paid yearly service done. This company is excellent, they always call me and set up appointment. I had my new central air installed two years ago by this company and part of the reason i used them is because their service is so good. They are always prompt on service calls and reasonably priced but most of all honest and will offer ways for you to do things yourself to help save money. My outside unit is under large trees and they offered to install a cover to keep leaves out of my unit or how i could install one myself and what i should buy. Every service person i have encountered has been very professional.
