Horrible! David Curtis is a scammer preying on the elderly. Made friends with my terminal mother promised hed buy it for a contracted amount. Payments to be deferred to her daughters right after she died he claimed abandonment and sold it to himself. He was in breach of contract and because of covid there was nothing i could do to get him off property. Now he claims abandon we"ll see. My attorney is going to fry his butt...
