excavators, septic tank
 + 0 moreAwful. Plus I got my neighbor to use them too. They actually was able to do both at the same time - from my driveway! They left a big dirt pile where they dug up my septic tank - along with all the trash. Hers was put back together really nice with her grass put back in place. I have pictures of everything to prove what I am saying is true. Anyone that uses A Action is just asking for trouble. He also told me and my neighbor we both needed drainfields done. Which cost over $2,000. Plus - the septics need pumping again at $200. a piece. I am going to get a second opinion on whether I really need drainfield done or not. I was not having any problems - only got septic pumped because it had been a long time & I didnt want to have to do a drainfield. I talked to a co-worker today after the fact & she said A Action actually ran over and busted her sister's septic tank when they were going to pump hers. She said they also left trash in her yard. Very UNPROFESSIONAL service. Terrible to make an 82 yr. old man do the pumping & the younger guy do the driving!
Description of Work: Had septic tank pumped. Left a mess in my yard. Drove big truck all way up my driveway - leaked oil in 14 spots. Also drug hose with sewer clumps of crap thru yard when done and left a big trail of crap in grass next to driveway that took me 45 minutes to hose down when I got home from work. Left drink cup & trash in yard. Refused to come back & clean up cause they were on their way to Daytona for weekend. Sent 82 yr old owner instead that is senile and got lost coming back to property. He said he understood why I would be mad. He kept repeating himself over & over. Said he wanted to put dirt on spills to try to soak up - but was reaching for ant beds. I told him please dont do that - it will need chemicals or pressure washed to come off concrete - he kept on anyway. Then went and got a shovel and started scraping driveway. After 45 minutes of doing nothing but making noise, I asked him to please either get someone to come back & clean it on Monday or I would get someone to do it & he could pay for it. He said he wanted to make me happy - but refused all my suggestions. I had to get ready to go to my granddaughters homecoming game in Belleview and I only had 30 minutes to get ready & get there so I asked him again to leave. I told him I was upset finding my property this way - it was not professional - but he just wouldnt go. I finally just told him to go & I went in the house. Called the person that was responsible for driving on my driveway in the first place - and he said he would come by Monday & take care of it. Well today is Thursday & he never showed nor had planned to according to his girlfriend that also works there & was with him when all this happened. I called the office today - she hung up on me - then had the nerve to tell me she did everything they were suppose to & I could clean up the oil stains with dawn in 10 minutes. Apparently she has never cleaned up oil stains on concrete. Then she went on to tell me I screamed & cussed the owner the whole time he was here trying to clean up their mess - which is a bald face lie.
