house cleaning
+ -1 moreI was very disappointed. Mr. Shardlow stayed and did most of the cleaning after the cleaning ladies left. I figured with three women who are supposed to houseclean - I would expect that dust and vacuuming and cleaning windows properly would all be finished. I can do the same work and complete it in six hours! They had three women here for three hours each. That is nine hours of 'work'! Amazing. One of the ladies came with 'an attitude problem'. If she hates her job so much, why does she stay? At one point - she was telling me how to clean the floors! I was paying her to clean the floors! I needed the help! She was no help! Mr. Shardlow was a wonderful man. He was not firm enough with his employees, though. He should have made them stay and complete their job!
Description of Work: Three cleaning ladies came to my front door. They arrived before their boss by at least 15 minutes. They offered no introductions. So I introduced myself and with that I was given their names. I was irritated that their boss hadn't come with them - as I had to tell them what to do and what I expected, again. I had already gone over everything with him at the first meeting. By the end of the three hours - all of the 'cleaning ladies' left faster then you can say 'Jack Sprat'. NO, not everything that was discussed earlier was finished.
