Tech arrived on time and I received a text to confirm appointment. Work was done efficiently and tech did a comprehensive review of my electrical system to make recommendations.

Guys were excellent and worked hard.

Jeremy and a young assistant visited. Minor work was performed efficiently and well. I needed the replacement and upgrade of the service entrance panel on the back wall of the house. Jeremy took copious notes and pictures of the job. A quotation for the work followed within a week, and it seemed reasonable to me. Unfortunately I couldn't manage the cost financially at that time. In the summer of 2017 I asked for a new estimate. That one came in nearly doubled from the initial quote. I had the work completed nicely elsewhere last fall at a reasonable cost.

Technician was prompt and professional. He answered all of my questions.

In and Out in a very short time. Not only did they repair the problem but they took the time to explain the repair and recommended an additional repair issue which we did at the same time for no additional cost because they were already there. Not your ordinary contractor for sure.

First, Top Dog Electric, was responsive (which is more than can be said for some of the other electrical firms I contacted through Angie's List). Also, they use a system that keeps you updated with alerts to confirm the appointment and status in route as well as follow up with a satisfaction survey. Everything was electronic including receiving the invoice immediately. From an efficiency standpoint, they excel, which benefits anyone with a busy schedule. Second, the pricing was absolutely fair in comparison. The fees were explained thoroughly so that any layman could understand the work that was being performed and at what cost. Christopher is an electrician master. It's obvious that he enjoys his work and he's good at it. He provided pros/cons of choices and provided recommendations (without any prompting) that will help me in the long run. Almost wish there was more electrical work to be done at my home because it was a great experience. Call them first, there's no point in calling another. Even if they are busy, better to wait for an appointment as you won't be disappointed.

They were on time and fixed some shoddy wiring from a previous owner's "renovation". Also installed some new recessed lighting and ran speaker wire. Professional and clean. Great work!

I purchased the $99 deal on AL for 2 hours of work. Sadly after some phone tag the 1st available appointment was in 15 Days between 12-3pm. Jason who was doing the scheduling was not flexible at all with any times and was quick to suggest a refund if his times did not work. So I went with the refund. I’m sure they do fine work I just think they could work on their customer service some.

They were great! They were also very polite and respectful. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

It went well but it took two hours to finish installing the first camera and another two hours for second one. The hourly rate for extra two hours was not discussed prior to the job but it was higher than expected and it was my mistake too about not checking with them prior to performing the work. But they worked professionally and I still need to hire handy man to fix all the holes made to the wall. So its not fully done yet to see the final product.

They were extremely professional, they send email and text to let us know that they were coming. They gave us a window of two hours, they were at my house right at the beginning of the two hours window.. they fixed everything we asked for and gave few suggestions to improve the electrical system. They are very professional.

Called to have them come out to get a price on an indoor and outdoor panel change. Was told to email photos of my panels and would get a price based on pics. Pics were emailed, Two days later Jason never responded so I emailed again. Was then emailed to call and discuss. Called Jason who asked me to send a wider view photo of outdoor panel which I did. I texted the photo asked. Never heard back? I ended up using another electrician on here who did a great job. I suppose they are busy; however, would be considerate to be up front and not give the run around.

Excellent! As always, they arrived on time and quickly completed the job. Everyone that has been sent out by Top Dog has been professional and very pleasant.

Poor service as I was told that someone would call me the next day but no one every called. I ended up paying the money to another company and had the outlet installed after they inspected my wiring.

They had a little bit of trouble doing what I wanted but they did end up completing it to my satisfaction.
