Jerimi called ahead to let me know he was on his way and was very punctual, when he arrived he was very courteous and professional, answered every question I had and proceeded to install my Ring system, he was done within an hour, very quick, and very reasonable price for the work, also guided me with the camera set up and explained every feature it had. I am very satisfied with the job and will use Top Dog Electrical again.

Top Dog was able to send out two electricians for next-day help on my A/C system - and they did a fantastic job! It turns out there were some burned wires in a pipe on the roof which ran to the compressor. Chad and his assistant electrician were punctual, courteous, and very effective. Chad was extremely competent in chasing down this issue, where other service personnel had failed. The work included a new disconnect and slow-blow fuses for the air compressor as well as replacing wiring and a junction box. The wiring was both high voltage to power the compressor and also low-voltage control lines from thermostat to compressor relay. I was able to use the Angie's List coupon to help offset the cost but they were there for 3 hours, going up and down from the roof, in order to complete the job and make everything safe again. Jerimi and Guy Jr. were great! They called ahead to let us know when they were coming, and when they arrived they were so courteous, professional, and just pleasant to have in our home. They answered all of our questions and fixed everything we needed. We have some additional light fixtures that we will replace in the near future and we will be requesting them when the time comes!

They ran a promo for first time customers, which I took advantage of. The job was done on my rental property, so I was not there, but the service was restored and the cost did not go outside the $99.

After I submitted a RFP online, Deanna quickly got in touch with me. I spoke with her 2x, provided the architectural plans for my home and offered to show it to her co-workers to get a bid. That was the last I heard from them. They totally ghosted me. Why bother advertising on Angie's list if this is how you are going to treat potential clients? I do not chase contractors, this is usually an indication of how they will respond if they get the job. Just thought you should know.

This was the second time I've hire top dog to troubleshoot a vague problem and they have delivered both times.

Unable to hire yet due to family emergency, had to schedule a planned appointment, but I am so impressed with their professionalism on the phone, ease of scheduling, and helpfulness and understanding, plus a good promo deal, that I will be eager to hire them as soon as I'm able to attend to the job needed. Top notch company based on my experience so far, and they were the FIRST to respond to my Angie's List request for service to multiple companies.

Top Dog Electric promptly contacted me and scheduled an appointment for the same week. I received email and text notifications confirming my appointment, which I really appreciated. The technician Jerimi called in advance to let me know that he was en route and he arrived on time. The only negative, was that I requested one technician but two showed up, which added to the cost. I agreed to the second technician to expedite the process, but in reality I did not need it, since the work was done in about an hour. The total cost for the work was $194 ($99 for the Angie's Deal and $95 for the second technician). Overall Jerimi and Guy did a great job and I would definitely hire this company again.

Overpaid to have this job done. I thought there was an issue with electricity that needed to be resolved but there was not. I paid for the coupon and even though the job took 30 minutes to complete, I was stuck paying the 99.00 fee for the work. I thought the fee should have been adjusted since the need turned out to be minimal. Be cautious when purchasing the 2 hour coupon. Make sure you have 2 plus hours worth of work to be done.

The electricians were early which was great and you rarely see in Sout Florida. They were very professional and finished the work on the timeframe provided. Definetly will use their services again and highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable and professional. But I ordered an Angie's list coupon and work was charged a lot more than the coupon price.

The job needed was more complicated than thought. The details were explained to me along with the price. I would definitely use this company again.

Technician was knowledgeable. But after spending 10k we starting getting invoices sent to us by the office after already paid. Instead of trying to work with us they threatened to put a lien on our property. Owner was rude and didn't want to help out explaining.

Jerimi and Vinnie did an outstanding job! They were super efficient. They planned out the work in such a way that each man kept very busy on separate tasks and they worked together only on the ventilator fan install which was a real bear. That fan was in the hall bathroom which is our hurricane "safe room" and it has a sheet of plywood nailed to the ceiling joists in the attic. The plywood had to be pried up, reshaped, and reinstalled after the fan went in. All in 86 degree weather on a windless afternoon. The word was the attic was HOT! Jerimi and Vinnie explained everything, were very pleasant, and cleaned up after all their work. I would definitely hire them again.

Top Dog has been to my home several times to install light fixtures and has replaced the noisy builders grade bathroom ceiling fans with quiet fans. The electricians have been professional and courteous during each visit. I would hire again and again. The last visit they installed new light fixtures in my closet replacing the builders grade fluorescent light. Thank you Chad and Jeremy!

It went very well. Very professional and did a good job.

They arrived a bit late but I have used them before and their work is top notch. The costs are a bit on the high side and last year the company owner Guy did not disclose a credit card surcharge and charged one of my property owners a year later for a previous bill that they didn't disclose nor include the credit card upcharge. This is not the way to do business if you want repeat business. On this job we paid by check and would have paid by check on the others had we known he was going to go back and charge us.

Great they did the work and it all clean up after

The two light fixtures installed are ok; however my problem is where the location of the two electric boxes are located which is right above the mirror such that when the light fixture is placed, the fixture sits on the top edge of the mirror instead of having wall space between the bottom of the fixture and the top of the mirror. I did not get a response back yesterday regarding a follow up to correct as I should have since we already paid the money. I am simply requesting the refund of the $99 paid on Angie's list and we are letting them keep the $100+ that was paid by check.
