Our move could not have gone more smoothly. The morning of the move 3 gentlemen showed up with the truck. They were very professional and polite and got to work right away. They treated our possessions like their own. They moved them with extreme care. When they got to the house, again they got right to work unloading our items and carefully placing them in the appropriate rooms without as much as a scuff on the wall. They were very careful to not place any of the boxes against the walls. I will say I was very nervous in hiring a moving company as I have had nightmare moves with two other companies in the past. They could tell that I was nervous when they got there and put me at ease right away. I highly recommend this company!!!

If I could give these guys zero stars, I would. They underbid the job and rather than deliver on their promises to provide four movers, they brought two people that they had to have gotten outside Home Depot the morning of the move. They were totally clueless. One only spoke Spanish, which would not have been a problem, except he could not understand what was asked of him. They broke a marble dining room table in half, severely gouged two tables, completely tore off the leg of one desk and broke both supports for another desk. Several items were mysteriously "missing." Crystal was broken even though they were clearly instructed to not touch them. On trying to settle with them, it took months to get an amount from them and when they did supply one, it was comical at best. Finally, they wanted to remove the broken furniture and take it to be repaired. There was no chance I was going to let them touch anything already in place. They would have broken all four pieces even more or failed to return them. We will now be proceeding to litigation since the losses exceed $15,000 and they failed to provide qualified personnel to properly make the move. Engage Sunset at your own risk for I doubt they have the ability to professionally complete the tasks required or prevent valuable items from becoming missing.

the movers arrived at the specified time they were courteous very professional friendly , knowledgeable and carefull in moving my furniture, they were very quick and didnt waste any time after calling 4-5 other companies,i felt this company had the best prices and were the transparent and upfront about cost/fees i will definitely use this company again thank you for your great service

Excellent experience... very responsive, friendly and efficient. I would definitely hire them for future moving needs.
