Rocket Garage Doors

We needed our garage door repaired; the spring broke. There were out the same day and had it repaired in less than an hour.

Great service price and quality of work. No haggle over the phone price with no up sell or hidden charges. Only had to e mail photo of the garage door. Hundreds less than another on site estimate. Job completed when promised and the door operates quietly and as it should. Highly recommend. Arrived within two hours of placing call.

Cristian arrived at the scheduled time. He was very informative and explained everything he examined. He answered all our questions, was very neat, professional and personable.

Iâ ve never dealt with such an unprofessional garage door service. From the start, the "manager" was constantly angry and rude. Instead of addressing concerns, he bragged about running a "million-dollar company" like thatâ s supposed to justify the poor service. I called multiple times, only for them to change their prices from $2200 to $2000 to $1500 because they clearly had no idea who they were talking to. After two weeks, I followed up, and they still hadnâ t even ordered the garage door! It took more than five attempts for them to submit the correct permits. They clearly didnâ t know which permits to apply for and were clueless about the local building codes and regulations required. I guess they did not know that I receive all the details from the city and they made the excuse "we never had to do that before." Which I believe because they probably never pulled any permits before. Fast forward to over four weeks in, I called again, only to spend 15 minutes on the phone before they called me by the wrong name and gave me an address that wasnâ t even mine. Itâ s shocking that this same manager, who acts so cocky about "running the business," is still the one answering phone calls and creating this mess. The company was established December 2023 and it shows! I highly recommend this manager to step down and get away from any type of business and customer service. Save yourself the frustration â find a more competent and organized company.

Job well done. However they need to improve their communication with customers. I suggested instead II got a mad manager on the phone.
