Mike was extremely professional from beginning to end. He was always reachable for questions, no matter how small or unimportant they may have seemed to him. Mike always followed through, never leaving me hanging. His work was clean, professional, and meticulous. I certainly would recommend him highly! Thanks Mike!

It was amazing. The workers were very prompt, extremely clean and they worked very hard and were respectful of the property. They finished this huge project from start to finish in 2 days and it was a world of difference between the before and after. We actually have our house for sale and he gave me a transferable warranty to the new owners, which I am sure will assist with the sale of the property. He included some items that came up that were not originally included in the contract which was Awesome! They also have just started offering financing, which we tool advantage of as well. I recommend this company above all else and will speak to may neighbors about them as well.

Repaired roof area causing problems

Mike and his crew were very professional. He responded in a timely manner, with both the quote, and doing the repairs. They even made the repairs on a holiday, which was impressive, and just in the nick of time with all the rain we have been having. Yes, I would hire RHI again. Thank you.

Mike came out to give me an estimate to repair several leaks in my 6 year old roof. He arrived on time, was very nice, but had no ladder on his truck. This suprised me because how could he give me an estimate for a roof repair if you have no way of getting on the roof to find the problem. I have a 2 story house and Mike walked around the house and said that some fascia board needs to be replaced. I could see that for myself and I'm no roofer. How could he know what was causing the leaks, he never inspected the roof. The fascia board is not the cause of the leaks even though it needs replacing. Mike said he would e-mail me an estimate. I never heard from him again. I would never hire a roofer who shows up without a ladder. Mike was not interested in earning my business, therefore, I am not interested in becoming his customer. I would not recommend a company who has no respect for your time and no interest in your business.

We had other estimates done but RHI gave us the best bid. They are very responsible, friendly, and everything was perfect with them. The owner is also very friendly. If I ever need another roofing job done I will only use their services.

Overall it went very well. There was communication between the contractor and myself throughout the entire process. Although there was a slight delay in completing the job because the tiles were not delivered as expected, it was due to a potential hurricane coming our way. I believe that the supplies should have been ordered in advance.

Overall, everything went well. Michael was very nice and extremely responsive. The workers were very fast and completed the project without many problems. I would recommend them to others.
