Dan came on time, was very professional. Explained things well and a day later provided a detailed estimate and drawing of what the company would do. Very clear. He also quickly answered the questions I asked in the following weeks as I was considering and comparing all proposals. I went with another company because they beat him out a bit on price but I would have been comfortable with Keenan.

Jeff came by on time to answer some questions I had about replacing my windows and doors. He was very knowledgeable about the windows and confident about what he does. He showed me some of my options and measured my windows and sliding door for a quote. The next day he provided a quote. We agreed on a price and he scheduled a date for the work to begin. They arrived on time for the estimated 4 day job. The guys were professional in their attitude as well as their work. Because Jeff used his own guys to do the work and not subcontractors, I felt comfortable to leave them at the house while I headed to work. They left the house each day clean. They were on top of things from the beginning to final inspection. My wife and I were very pleased with the work. The house has a newer look with the new windows. We are pleased. Cuddos to Jeff, Dan and John for the work they did. Great Job!

Dan did my estimate and came very early in the morning to work with my schedule. Dan was a saint and answered all of the questions that I had over a period of about 1 month as I evaluated other vendors. John was the foreman on the day of the installation and arrived with 3 other men to do the work. They arrived exactly on time and were extremely professional and polite. The windows went in with no issues. They had to cut back my tile floor so the thicker door would fit and they ran a shop-vac to head off the dust at its source. There was an error in the PPG manufacturing and John and Dan put their heads together and were able to correct the configuration. To complete the job, they installed grout between the slider and the tile, which required some cleanup on my part. But, overall, they were outstanding and I'd recommend Keenan for any window and door project.

I began to have problems. He has not been cooperate in making repairs to the kitchen window and the master bedroom door and the repairs he made there. I started to see cracks in my walls and the windows separating. The guy came out and told me thats just the caulk shrinking and then later changed it to preexisting structural damage and then changed the story again to the shrinkage. They were supposed install high security doors and locks in my home. I have had several home invasions after they installed my high security locks. Also when he installed the bathroom windows, he cracked the tiles along the bottom.

I had arranged to get at least five estimates for the job. Keenan window was one of the first as they responded immediately. Dan came out and discussed exactly what I wanted to have done. The estimate was prepared and was one of the first to arrive. After receiving all my other estimates I decided to go to their showroom to get an idea of the design of each window. I met Jeff as well as Dan in the showroom and they were extremely helpful in describing the various types of windows. They spent time explaining how each type of window operated and what the window would look like after installation. As a result of this i was able to choose which window would look the best for each space. I had impact windows installed at my last house and the installation went badly due to sloppiness and miscalculating of sizes. I was put on their schedule and they arrived exactly as planned. Dan was on vacation that week, but explained that John would be in charge of everything and I had nothing to worry about. John arrived with three other men and from the beginning to the end it went flawlessly. The level of care with the home and cleanliness made me so comfortable. They were always concerned about how everything was going and went out of their way to restore all furniture and belongings at the the end of the job to their original place. The job finished exactly on the time and the windows were installed perfectly. Unlike my previous experience, there was very little repair work needed around each window. The window that was enlarged to create a sliding glass door was also perfect. All the permits were handled and the inspections were timed exactly right to expedite the installation. I highly recommend this company and do not think anyone would be disappointed.

The whole process went great. From obtaining the quote to installation the whole team was awesome. The pricing was very fair. The work was done completely and throughly. They were neat and considerate. The work was also completed in a timely manner. I would recommend this company highly.

Called them for a quote and Jeff came out the next day at scheduled time. He measured and gave me a detailed quote the same day. I called other companies to get quotes and some did not return my call. The other companies who gave me quotes either gave me a quote for a different style window or gave me such little information I wasn't really sure what kind of windows I would be getting. I had several questions I asked Jeff and he was almost prompt in his response. He also communicated with my condo association in a timely manner giving them insurance and license information and pictures of the windows. They also usually do not work on Saturdays, but accommodated me for a Saturday install. Keenan was not the cheapest quote but I was so impressed by Jeff's follow through that I hired them. On the day of the install they were late, but did call to let me know they were going to be late. They did a good job installing the windows and sliding glass door. My only complaint was that the one young guy was a bit messy and I think broke every window he removed so I ended up finding small pieces of glass on my bathroom and bedroom floor for days after. Luckily, I don't have kids or pets so it was only a minor issue for me. The other guys who installed the sliding glass door though were very neat. After the windows and door were installed they had to be inspected by the city. Keenan left me with the permit and all necessary paperwork as well as photos to make the inspection go smoothly. Overall, I was happy with them and would hire them again and would recommend them.

The entire process went very well. Pleased with the product as well as the installation and the service from Keenan. Jeff was easy to work with. After installation, we had an issue with one of the windows not being ordered properly. Jeff was very responsive and I hope to have the issue solved as soon as the new window arrives. The crew that did the installation was professional and friendly. I would recommend them.

Friendly on the phone but they don't repair impact glass.

In September of 2013, I had Keenan install impact resistant doors and windows on my home. Last week (May 5, 2014) I had a problem with my front door not latching correctly when I shut it and the door handle had come loose. I contacted Dan Andersen with Keenan about the issue who did not bat an eye. He had one of his guys in the field contact me immediately. The service team arrived a day later and spent next few days fixing my two issues. I was impressed how fast they responded and how they did not question at all, their only goal seemed to be to get my issues corrected. No stress on me, my home and my doors and windows are working beautifully.

This is one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a contractor. Dan the sales/customer rep was outstanding! At no time did I feel any sales pressure and I appreciated his honesty and integrity while we were negotiating the contract. We set a date for installation which was kept and then completed within the 48 hour timeframe. The crew assigned to our job was fabulous! They arrived on time and cleaned up nicely both days. They were very careful inside our home and made sure all furniture and electronics were covered to minimize the dust from the install. They were easy to talk to when I was asking questions, and I felt they were fully committed to insuring our satisfaction with the job. It was nice to see Jeff the owner come out to the job site to check on progress and see if we had any concerns. Dan also came out to the job site twice in two days. That told me they were extremely conscientious about not only the job, but about us as their customers. The work done was superior quality and we now have brand new windows in our home. There were no issues with any part of the work and we passed inspection with flying colors. Even the inspector was impressed with how well the job was done. After getting a couple estimates for hurricane shutters, Jeff was able to come down on his price to match another estimate by switching out products, which was great since we were on a budget. The installers arrived on time, and addressed my questions/concerns on the work prior to leaving. Everyone that I worked with at the company was professional and got back to me promptly, and followed through with the job from start to finish.

Keenen is top-notch all the way. Installation took place in 2 parts. They scheduled and showed-up when they were supposed to. Installers are all very professional, and helpful employees. Installers were cognizant of our home, and cleaned-up after themselves. Sales rep answered all my questions when asked. General Manager stayed in touch and kept us informed of the project.

Dan Andersen is wonderful. He follows through on any thing he tells you. I trust him immensely. They are a family owned and run enterprise. I HIGHLY recommend them and would not hesitate to call them in the future.

My friends at Keenan arrived when they said they would, stuck to their estimate, and did a great job. They had to cut through tile to remove old accordion shutters. That was extra work for no extra cost. I did have to patch the tile after the fact. Due to the age of the building and how it has settled, it was a challenge to "square up" the opening to install the new doors. The crew stepped up and made it happen professionally and accurately. Passed inspection with flying colors.

Everything went perfect. Very punctual, professional and detailed. All the products and installation were explained thoroughly and the cost proposal was provided promptly. We ended up not doing the work at this time but Keenan Window will be at the top of my list for needed work in the future.

We interviewed several window companies from Angie's List. Jeff the owner from Keenan Windows arrived on time, seemed very knowledgeable, organized and professional. He was patient to answer all our questions and was never condescending. He explained the choices available for windows and helped us get the features we wanted at a price we could afford. He gave us a quote the same day which was really impressive. When we signed a contract with him he gave us an install date and showed up on that date with his crew with no delays. The men in his crew were respectful of our property inside and out and careful of our plants and furnishings and were very polite. Jeff was even there to oversee and help in the installation. The installation took two days and on the second day Jeff's stucco person (35 years experience) came and did an excellent job repairing the stucco around the windows and made it look better than before. We were initially apprehensive about what could go wrong with having our windows replaced but the workers were very careful and were always cleaning up as they went. We have plantation shutters and were worried about having to remove them but the workers were able to work around them and never damaged them. We also have granite around our window in the kitchen and they worked around that also without any problems. We spoke to Jeff about not wanting to wait a long time to have the city inspector final the windows so he arranged for the city to send an inspector out at the end of the second day as they were finishing and the windows were signed off with no problems. It was wonderful to have this done and not have to schedule another time for us to be home. Jeff was at our house for most of the job and really cared and wanted to do a good job. He takes great pride in his company and it shows. The stucco around the windows was still slightly wet when they were ready to caulk around the windows and rather than rush they decided to come back the next day so they could do the job right. We can't say enough about what a positive experience this was dealing with a company that truly cares about their work and wants the customer to be happy. Everyone we met from Keenan Windows was very nice and hard working and a pleasure to have in our house. Jeff is truly a nice guy, very professional and punctual and we highly recommend you give this company a chance when getting estimates. You won't be disappointed.

The workers showed up on time. The work was professional and clean. They were finished by 5pm. The quote was right on the money. Very Satisfied.

This was a really good home improvement experience. I have had a lot of work done on my house and from the initial contact, it was a worth every penny. I wish I had met them years ago. Upon looking for a replacement door, I called their main number, a polite lady made an immediate appointment for an estimate the next day. This was a nice surprised for me, because the other companies I had called either pushed me off for a week, or I had to leave a message and wait for a call back. Jeff arrived exactly on time, looked at my door, told me the options, gave me a loose idea of what the door would cost. He then sent a firm quote by email before the day was out. It was really nice to have an estimator come to the house who was polite, clean and not trying to up sale or bull s%@!. The quote for the door was about the same as the other companies. I called about a week later to accept the offer. Jeff promptly returned for the deposit and at that time gave me a firm installation date 6 weeks later. Our installation date was the day before Thanksgiving. I really expected some kind of "delay", but no, 48 hours before they called to confirm the install on the arranged date. On the day of the installation, they arrived on time, laid out drop cloths and protected the area. The door was installed nicely, cleanly, quickly and the company even had a separate master stucco and drywall person who did the final part of the interior and exterior stucco/drywall repair on the same day they installed the door. All in all it was a smooth, professional team. The door passed Code Inspection on the first visit. In fact, the inspector complimented the door. Anyway, if you are looking for doors, this company did a really good job. I really do wish I had found them years ago...

In September 2013, we got new windows and doors installed in our home (see previous review). Halloween night, we gave the new front door a work out. End of night, I found some type of stripping from the door laying in my yard. I called Keenan for some assistance and they were over within the hour to fix the seal and point out to me what had happened. It was so minor fixed in a minute and nothing to do with the quality of the install or the door. Really just excellent that Keenan jumped on this so fast. Door and windows are great!!

I selected Keenan because the salesperson (Dan) was very attentive to our schedule and requirements as well as being the only company that we looked at who could install the windows, doors AND shutters. They sold the best rated windows and their price was very competitive. The job went well and according to schedule and the windows look awesome. The workers showed up on time, worked hard and cleaned up the job site when they were finished. We passed inspection with no problems. Dan as well as the owner of the company came onto the job-site during installation to check things out which was a nice touch. We had one very minor problem with one of the windows and Dan was out to the house the same day to get it fixed. I would gladly have Dan and his crew back to do our next window and/door installation.

Overall the experience was smooth and with no surprises. Dealing with Dan was great - phone calls were answered or returned immediately and the job was completed as scheduled.

Poorly. Salesman was discourteous and unresponsiveness. We were all set to sign the final contract when we found out the salesman had not done any ordering, misrepresented the door rating and did not follow up with us. Ended up purchasing a product from a competitor.

Was all very efficient. Here when they said they would be and job well done. The one blip in the whole job was the front door was measured wrong and the installer refused to put it in even thought he said he could make it fit. I truly respect the fact that he wouldn't force something that wasn't right and that they were willing to say that they needed to order a new door that would be a proper fit. That's why they get all A's. They kept in touch and let me know when things would be done and everything was done at the stated times. Passed inspection with no issues. Highly recommend! This was the only contractor who responded to a small job like this and they did a great job.
