Dan from Keenan Window and Door was very responsive professional and knowledgeable. I had them remove and replace 1 double entry impact door and large window. All work was complete in a timely and professional manner. Staff was efficient and courteous. Area was covered and cleaned at the end I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

I received a prompt response from Keenan and an appointment was scheduled to suit me. The rep arrived punctually and completed the measurements. While he measured I had a few minutes to look at a couple of brochures and choose a few doors I might be interested in. A little more time on the selection and some advice might have been nice, but not a big problem. I received a quotation very promptly. It was unfortunately quite expensive comparing to other quotes we received, and it was not made clear to me why this might be the case. Keenan did follow up once or twice with me after the quote which I appreciate. Overall the company presented to me as professional and organized. Unfortunately we did not use them in the end so I cannot comment on their work.

I started my business relationship with" Jeff " the owner of Keenan Windows with this comment," I dread starting these big projects because I have a history of having problems getting what I paid for even when a company has come well recommended. Jeff said "let's get started and I will change your luck and you will be completely satisfied." Yes I am completely satisfied,I would strongly recommend Jeff and his company. PS I live in a condo and my neighbor came over and asked Jeff to check her slider because she thought it may start to leak. Jeff spent time with her and all is well, and again this was done with a smile.

I called and spoke to a person named April to find out about fixing an exterior door. She interrupted and said that they do not do repairs only replacement. I said that maybe I wasn't explaining it correctly and said that I did in fact need a door to get replaced and do stucco work as well. I asked her if they do stucco work and she interrupted again. She said they'd have to take a look at it. I get that. I know that there must be someone who can look and estimate. Not a problem. So I asked again if they do stucco work and she said yes, but they have to look at it. By this time, her attitude gave me the impression that if I worked with this company that they would care as little as April did about me as a customer and about the work on my house. I refuse to spend my hard-earned money when I receive bad service right out of the gate. Thank you April for saving me the trouble.

They came when scheduled, were polite and professional, cleaned up nicely, and were responsive to my phone calls about various issues. Finished on time and on budget; I could not have asked for a better experience.

Jeff was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He helped us all through the process. We initially had storm panels from 2004, but the NOA issued by Miami had expired, and not been renewed by the manufacturer. We planned to by non-hurricane rated windows and doors. The Margate inspection process requires valid storm protection for openings, and rejected the expired NOA. The difference in cost to get the storm rated Miami code approved doors and windows was more, but we did it anyways. I am glad we did. No more dealing with heavy shutters and sharp edges. And the doors and windows are more secure.

WOW! We called Jeff Rubert from Keenan Window and Screen to come out for a estimate to replace our windows. Originally we wanted to replace two windows, but after Jeff inspected our windows he offered an estimate for all the windows. We told him that we couldn't fit it in our budget at this time,but he offered to split it down the middle. We made it work with two installation dates. The first install was February 10, 2015 and the second install was March 28,2015. Jeff continually worked with us every step of the way and was always on time and often early. His crew (Dave, Anthony) cleaned up and was very neat and showed great respect for our home. Our home was built in 1974. Our windows were so bad while standing outside we put our hand in front of the window in which we felt nothing but all the( a/c) cold air coming out of our shut window. Both installs were difficult due to retrofitting all the windows, which entailed several modifications. Jeff was there to ensure the install went smoothly. On the second Install it was even more difficult and there was a problem with one of the back windows, the sash was damaged during shipment, No problem Jeff got on the horn and ordered a new one. The second window came in and Dave came out to put the new sash in, and then Steven Allen came afterwards and repaired all the stucco and drywall. We can not say enough about Jeff and his company except if you want a company that does it the right way this is the company for you. Every time I called Jeff, he answered or called us back and every question we had he answered without hesitation. The final inspection went smoothly and the inspector was impressed with the work that was done. We are very happy with our new windows. What a difference in the sound reduction, cooler in the house as well. We would recommend Keenan Window 100% to anyone.

We could not be happier! The job started on Tuesday, April 7th, and was finished three days later, as promised. Before selecting Keenan, we shopped around, and looked at customer reviews. Kennan was the low bidder and provided a very high quality and well made product from PGT. Because PGT is a Florida manufacturer, the permitting process went very smoothly. The measurements taken were correct, and the doors, windows and screens arrived in excellent condition and as specified in our order. [All of the parts and materials were there, and there was no breakage or damage.] We dealt primarily with Jeffrey, the owner of the company. He is easygoing (no high pressure) and gave us a sense of confidence throughout the process. He fulfilled all of his promises on time. There were no unanticipated costs or add-ons. The doors, windows and screens were lifted into our third floor condo by a crane, which made the process go a lot faster. The four man crew sent for installation was headed by a gentleman with over 25 years experience (John), and the other three installers (Pete, Dave and Anthony) were also very skilled, considerate, knowledgeable and professional. They were a pleasure to deal with and cleaned up each day after they were done working. This was a turnkey operation. Kennan obtained the requisite permits and dealt directly with the inspectors. It also repaired all incidental damage to stucco and ceilings, and since we had the requisite interior paint on hand, the crew even painted the areas around the doors they installed, though this was not Keenan's obligation under our contract. Our condo unit is now much quieter than before and the doors and windows are beautiful. I would highly recommend Keenan Window & Doors, no matter the size of your project.

All went well, without a hitch. We obtained three estimates prior to deciding to work with Keenan Windows. Initially, we set up an appointment to obtain an estimate; that went smoothly. Jeff arrived at our home on time, did a thoughtful assessment of our needs, and forwarded us an estimate within 24 hours. We met with him a second time at his office to see the windows we were ordering. At that time, we set up an appointment to have the windows installed. Six weeks later, on the date we had mutually agreed upon, the crew showed up at the specified time, and worked all day to get the windows installed. Afterwards, they cleaned up our home, which included removing debris and vacuuming up the dust. The windows looked great; and our ugly hurricane shutters were whisked away. The following day, the city inspector came to review the work, and signed off on it as completed appropriately. The windows look great; our neighbors have been admiring them, and it has been suggested that our new windows become the standard for replacement in our co-op community. We can wholeheartedly recommend Keenan Windows .

The whole process was awesome. They come right away to measure and we received the quote within a day. The windows were installed in about 6 weeks. They made sure everything was installed perfectly and they pulled all permits necessary, which passed without a hitch. We since have referred them to relatives and neighbors and they are equally impressed with their work. We can't say enough about them. We called them back just today for doors to be replaced.

Very reasonable on price compared to all the quotes I received. First and foremost they are always on time and fast while not sacrificing quality. I would highly recommend them if you need windows or doors.

Necessary to order a custom window to fit the existing space. Window was ready to install at about the same time that the city permit was ready. 4 man crew did an excellent job with the installation. City inspector was very pleased with the workmanship.

Dealing with Keenan was extremely easy. The initial appointment for a quote was very quick and the written quote for the service was in my inbox later that day. Dan was quick with a phonecall or email to answer all of my questions. I had a second company come in to check pricing and order time and Keenan's original quote and installation estimation was right in line with what the second company quoted. Ultimately, I went with Keenan because of the other reviews and coupon offered on Angie's List, and the ease I felt in dealing with Dan. I never felt like I was bothering him by asking questions. The appointment for installation was at 8 am and by 8:05 am, protective covering was down and drills were going. It took the crew only 2 hours and 15 minutes to replace 4 windows. They were fast, efficient, courteous and very clean. After the appointment, I emailed Dan with some more questions about the windows and the next steps in dealing with the inspection and he called me back an hour later to answer them. Overall, a very positive experience.

We found Keenan Window and Door on Angie's List and hired them after reading the many positive reviews. They replaced 11 windows and a balcony sliding door in our highrise building built in the early 1970s. Cost was competitive with other companies since we spoke with neighbors in the building who had the work done previously by other firms. Jeff, Dan and their crew got the job done in a very timely manner and made sure our possessions were adequately protected from the dust while the work was being done. The windows look great and we couldn't be happier with them. The guys were very friendly and professional and when one of the windows didn't stay in the up position they sent someone back immediately to fix it. We have no hesitation in recommending Keenan Window and Door. Here in Florida it can be hard to find a reputable company but with Keenan Window and Door you don't have to look any further. I'm sure you'll be very pleased with their work.

There was a bit of a snafu with the original start date for the installation, but we were able to reschedule. They arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently. The project was done in a day and a half. The inspection went off without a hitch and the inspector complimented their work. The windows are beautiful. I could not have asked for a better experience with a contractor.

Keenan has a very knowledgeable and friendly team. I got all my questions answered quickly and a fast, easy to read quote to replace a sliding glass door. My house is older so I never know what challenges lie ahead and on installation day, we discovered major wood rot under the old door which needed remediation. I was a little panicked at first but the Keenan team's experience with such matters brought immediate relief. They had an affordable solution that was better than what was in place before and one that will last for years longer than before. The new door is beautiful, secure and safe. I couldn't be happier and I plan to do business with them again. I highly recommend this company!
