I called to get a bid on the replacement of all exterior doors and windows for a house in Miramar which is in Broward County. They are located exactly 19 miles from the house but refused to bid the job. First the girl who answered did not even know where Miramar is. She asked me if Miramar is in Broward or Dade County. I asked "where are you located that you don't even know Miramar is in Broward County? She said, "I just found out where Miramar is and we don't service Miramar. I looked at their address and my address and found they are 19.2 miles away and TO JUDGEMENTAL to service a house in Miramar. NEXT!!!

Overall it went great. A little disappointed in the mess that they caused. The house was vacant at the time they started the project. They asked to start early which was fine but the amount of dust was unreasonable. they failed to put up any plastic barriers to contain the mess. After spending hours cleaning and getting after them they were much more attentive. Also when they finished the job they knew there a few punch list issues and failed to bring them to my attention before asking for final payment. After I pointed them out they fixed them that day and I paid them the balance. I would use them again however but would stay on top of them.

These guys were professional from the start. The quote process was easy. The installation date was set and kept. The install team was courteous and respectful. Cleanup went well and stucco repair guys were good as well.

They were great. They were very knowledgeable, professional and those guys were very good.

Best Experience ever. I did a lot of research and had multiple estimates from vendors in the Broward County area. Not only was Keenan's price competitive but everything was exceptional. Dan Anderson was most helpful and went out of his way to make everything go smoothly. The work was done timely by knowledgable (and personable) installers and what some of the reviews from others said could be a hassle was truly a pleasant experience. I recommend them 100%!

A few years ago we had Keenan Window and Door replace all our windows with hurricane impact windows and we were very happy with the job. We finally decided to replace our front door with hurricane impact double doors to get rid of the glass block sidelights and to avoid having to put up panels in a storm. We always get several quotes before a job to hear different ideas on what is involved and also to make sure the price is in line. One contractor we had come out made the job seem really complicated and we weren't sure if it really was or if he didn't know what he was doing. When we had Jeff of Keenan Window come to the house he was very confident about what needed to be done and said that his company would have no problem with the job. Since he had done such a great job on our windows and was so knowledgeable, we hired his company to replace the door. On the day of the job, Jeff and 2 other workers showed up and worked well together. They put up a plastic barrier to keep the dust out of the house which we appreciated. We were worried about having to do a lot of tile work but Jeff was very careful when putting in the frame with the wide threshold to make it as flush as possible to the existing inside tile and it looks great! On the front porch we didn't have any extra tile and thought we would have to retile the whole front porch but Jeff suggested he could have his stucco guy pour a new step and we could paint it to match the house and this also turned out nice. The job was completed in a day even including the stucco work. The doors are absolutely beautiful! The pictures don't do them justice. We are extremely happy with them and with the great job Jeff, John and Steve did installing them. Not only do they do great work but they are really nice people and very professional. We have already recommended this company to several of our friends. We are truly happy customers.

Work was done in 3 days from start to finish including city inspection. The crew worked hard and accomplished a lot each day. The quality and workmanship is excellent. I wish all contractors were this good. Very happy.

I can't say enough good things about this company. From start to finish, it was stress free and went as planned. Kind, courteous and professional service and great communication all thru the process. Excellent job!

I had single hung impact windows put on my entire house. My salesman was Dan Anderson. Dan was thorough, punctual for the appointment and answered all the questions that he was asked. He was a jewel to work with staying in constant touch with me regarding everything that would happen and how much time it would take (on target on all accounts). The work began on April 19, 2016 and completed on April 20, 2016. The entire team worked together like perfect movements in a clock. They were clean and cleaned up after the job on both days they were here and seemed to enjoy working together. I cannot say enough about the company and the people that are tied into the organization. They do not use outside contractors and most of the administrative people are family members. The total price came to $8176 plus the permit fee of $180. They also made sure I got my Angie’s Discount of $250. Considering I’d had 2 estimates of $11,000 and $17,000 - I was certainly pleased with Keenan’s price. Thank you!

I didn't take my blinds/drapes down because I didn't know I was supposed to and they tore them down and lost the parts that go with them. He didn't follow through with anything and ended up telling me he wouldn't come back to do any work. They were supposed to get someone to paint the door but they never did that so I had to pay a painting company to do the work.

Dan was very punctual and helped us understand all our options. Was great about communicating appointments and scheduling the work. Door took about 4-5 weeks to process the order before install. Installers came on time and worked very quickly to remove old door and sidelight glass blocks and replace them with a new hurricane-rated impact door and new sidelight. They changed the outswing orientation so the door swings lefthand instead of righthand, which is something we requested up front. Install took less than 4 hours and then a stucco guy came a bit later that day to do some touch-up work on the outside. Dan also recommended a painter (who was also great) to come paint the door to lock in the manufacturer's warranty. Overall a great experience and now our entryway looks great!

Was an excellent experience from end-to-end. They did everything they said they would do, and stayed on-time and budget. In fact, this was one, if not the best, contractor experiences we've ever experienced throughout many renovations. We highly, highly recommend working with Keenan Window & Door.

Great experience. From the first consult to the last day of installation everything was done timely and in a professional manner. All the employees were top notch. They arrived early, worked neatly and cleaned up after themselves. I did get additional plastic drop cloths from Home Depot and used these in addition to the ones the company brings to cover furniture and tvs. There is a lot of dust and vacuuming to be done after all done. They prepared the permit paperwork and gave me a complete package for the inspection. The inspector signed off after reviewing their detailed package and the windows. Overall this was well worth the cost. My home looks so much better and I have peace of mind. My dad was so impressed he contracted to have his windows done on his house. It took 30 days from contract signing for the work to begin and 3 days total to install.

It went GREAT. Keenan is very professional and arrived on time and finished the job in 2 days as promised. we had 3 estimates and Keenan was the least expensive and the most professional of all of the providers. They did a wonderful job. The windows and doors are very high quality hurricane resistant. They cleaned up as they went along and came over to meet the inspector from the city when finished. I highly recommend them.

My first contact was with Jeff who arrived to provide an estimate within a couple of days after I contacted Keenan Windows. Jeff was very easy-going, yet very professional in investigating what had to be done and how best to address my specific window needs. He was responsive to my many questions about my whats, whens, where and how. And they were competitively priced. Dan Anderson was equally responsive, polite, and professional in getting the permitting done efficiently, getting an installation team on the job that was A Number 1. The installers were magnificent. They arrived on time and clearly knew what they were doing and they left the site spotless. Dan and Jeff were very comfortable with the permitting process as well as all the details needed to ensure that the inspection of the completed job went smoothly. I was particularly impressed with the foreman who came back at the completion of the job to check every window to ensure that all the windows had been installed perfectly. The city inspector commented on the high standard of the installation and the excellent job that had been done in preparing the paperwork for the inspection. I am so pleased with the job done by Keenan Windows, I would recommend them without hesitation and would use them again without hesitation.

I had several appointments & estimates with window and door companies from Angie?s List. Before Dan left my home I knew I would choose his company. My project had several issues connected with it. Dan immediately and confidently explained to me how he would handle them. His start date was 2-3 weeks sooner than any other company said they?d be able to even obtain the materials. The job was started on time at a more than fair price for all the existing issues they had to deal with. The Keenan team were knowledgeable, competent, friendly and professional. The job site was spotless before they left. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to one and all.

As was a serious expensive investment, we have had a lot of estimate,,, explained by different companies what types& quality windows we would have. And there are so many. In the end 2 companies,,we had to choose. It took us over 10months to decide. We are very happy we chose Keenan Windows. Excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend if anyone wondering who to contact. They are the best & trustworthy.

I had done a good bit of research and was pretty confident that I knew the product I wanted when I contacted Keenan. When Dan came out he really listened to what I was looking for and took the construction (ie. lack of gutters) of my home into consideration. The combination of Dan's extensive knowledge of available products, along with the time he took to consider my individual needs, allowed him to recommend a much better quality door than the one I had in mind. His recommendation was within my budget, better fit the needs of my home, and still offered the visual aesthetic that I required. The door install experience was just as smooth as the sales consult. The team showed up on time, were polite, friendly, professional, and also very knowledgeable. Whether you know what you're looking for or not, you're definitely in good hands with Keenan. It's obvious to me that they have a large enough customer base to have developed well-defined and customer centered business processes; but they are still able to offer a hands-on approach that I think is really important when making these larger ticket home investment decisions.

Dan at Keenan windows came out to give an estimate to replace 3 windows and a front door. He was early for our appointment and seriously could not have been any nicer. This was the 3rd estimate I had received and came in well below the other two. We found out through our insurance that it was not necessary to replace the front door, so we just had the 3 windows replaced. He said that it would be about 3 months before installation of the windows, because they were very busy, but he would go ahead and order the windows anyways, hoping they'd be able to install early. Dan called a few weeks later, saying that the windows were in and they had a few days the following week that would work out. We scheduled, and the windows were installed in just a few hours. Andy, who installed the windows, was professional, quick, and cleaned up everything as he went. I had personal scheduling conflicts with the permit inspection and Dan went out of his way to help get that scheduled at a convenient time for me, and of course, passed with flying colors. The inspector was very impressed with the work done. I could not be happier with this company, and wouldn't choose anyone else for window replacement. I will not hesitate to contact them when we are ready to replace the rest.

They delivered exactly as quoted. We worked with Dan and he took the time necessary to explain the process while dealing with permits. They worked around our renovation schedule and were very accommodating. The windows are beautiful! I highly recommend Keenan Windows!

This is a very professional company from the top to a very hard working crew on site. They replaced my windows and deck doors with impact Windows at a very responsible price. They showed up on time, worked hard and did a great quality job. My wife and I are very pleased with the job. I read the reviews on Angies list and received several estimates. I decided to go with Keenan windows as he answered all my questions, had excellent reviews and really knows his windows. The process was explained and everything turned out perfect. Permits were obtained. The windows were installed on time and looked great. When the city inspection took place, they commented to me that Keenan always does excellent work. I honestly want to say thanks for a job well done.

I was extremely concerned about scope of work because I never had to replace doors and windows before. I did not know what to expect. I like Dan and Jeff who I meet with several times before works started. They came out twice to measure just to be sure all measurements were correct. It did take a long time for our schedule date. But once they started on schedule date everything move quickly. Keenan team was outstanding especially John...... Very knowledgeable and great worker. Dan or Jeff came everyday to check on progress. I did have a few small problems but Dan and Jeff were on top of it immediately. Cleaned up everyday and team was polite, friendly and professional. I was home when city inspector came to sign off on work and I was outside walking my dogs. We meet in driveway and I asked him how was it going. His reply was " you got a good group of guys who know what they are doing ... Impressed with their work" Well I could not say it any better. Thank you for making something that was scary a vey positive experience.
