Jeff the owner came out and gave me a quote the beginning of January. He told me after he ordered the windows, that the job would start on January 25. Unfortunately, the job was set back a few days because of the rain that week. Jeff was very reliable in providing me with updates and was always available if I had any questions. Once the weather cleared up and the job was able to start, it was completed in a timely manner. Everyone involved in the project were punctual, friendly, courteous and very professional. Jeff and his crew are very knowledgeable and really know what they are doing. I highly recommend Keenan Window and Screen and would use them again.

Keenan was on-time, professional, and priced competitively. I wanted the thicker (24 gauge) steel panels as opposed to the aluminum ones, and they were able to deliver. The workers were knowledgable and friendly, and one of the company owners even came by twice during the installation to oversee the work. They were also extremely efficient in their installation which allowed me to get the panels installed, the city permit finalized, and my insurance wind mitigation inspection done all in the same day.

They were very prompt and came out the next day to give me the estimate. Answered all my questions, seem to be very knowlegable and didn't try to twist my arm to sign anything right away. Told them I was just getting estimates at the time and he said he's give me a week or so and call me,which he did. By then I still hadn't made up my mind, so told him to call next month, which he did-when I told him I'd decided to wait until early 2011 to have it done. He said he'll call me back then. Was very personable and appears trustworthy. According to the state website, is licensed and insured.

I didn't pick them because I also wanted lights and he couldn't intermesh them so I went with a company that makes plastic and aluminum so I could have a little bit of light. He came right out when he said and what he did was very nice, but it wasn't what I wanted. He was really good and the only reason I didn't go with him was because he didn't have exactly what I wanted.

Their estimate was in the middle of the range. They were timely, did everything they said they would, and were meticulous in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I called Keenan on a Thursday and asked to have a window replaced. I am having the roof replaced and the guys found some rotten wood that went up to this particular window so they suggested I replace it. The roof guys replaced the wood but I still needed someone to replace the window. When I called I was very specific that this was for one window (half moon). They set the appointment for the next Tuesday afternoon. I got a call the Monday before from mike Keenan and he asked that because it was such a small job he would like to come earlier. I agreed and told him anytime on Tuesday would be fine I would make sure someone was here. I then get a call Tuesday morning asking if it is ok to come out in the next two hours. Again I agree it is OK. The guy who called me now calls for the second time asking if this is going to be an impact window or a standard window. I tell him we have shutters up that were installed after Wilma. SO he agrees that we need a standard window. He calls back 15 mins later and now says he cannot come out because the job is too small to estimate just a standard window. I do not understand why he could not have said that last week so I could have gotten someone out who actually wants to work. The roof is mid-completion and the window guy needs to see everything before the stucco is put back up. I will never call this company for anything ever again.

Clean, timely and professional from estimate to installation.

They showed up when they were suppose to and completed the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Follow up was excellent.

Top notch from estimate to completion. Great scheduling and follow up communication from foremen. Excellent cleanup. I was expecting a real mess and there was none.

The company's rep came right on time to evaluate the job, and give us the estimate. He was professional. The estimate was done in great detail at no charge. We agreed on the price and the time of the job. It was set up and started exactly when promised. The job was done right. No delays and has very professional manner.

They were on time to do the services asked of them. They were professional while they were working. They were courteous and kind. The quality of their work was very good. I would use them in the future. I would recommend them to anybody.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB INSTALLING MY NEW WINDOWS. I WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THAT THEY DID. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
