Description of Work: Outstanding customer service. Delivered what they promised when they promised it. Used them after contacting other contractors . No comparison in the professional manner in which the whole project was performed. From getting permits to job completion.

Description of Work: We had a shower leak and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. We discovered that it was actually the window. I asked If they could take a look at it and Jeff came and suggested a window that ended up being perfect for a damp area. No leaks, high-end, impact window that was installed very quickly, not a speck of debris left behind, and the workmen were clean-cut, and quite pleasant. Unlike almost every other experience with contractors I've had since I moved to Florida 8 years ago, they were prompt, reasonably priced (the price didn't change upon entering my driveway), and followed through on everything that was promised. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I called Keenan again because a few years ago I had trouble with my windows on the bottom floor of my house. None of them would stay up and they were only a couple of years old. I called many companies back then, and they all said that they had to have all new springs put in them. (An elaborate and expensive process). Keenan was my last call. Jeff came over right away and said that it was a simple tightening of the springs that was required. He hardly charged me a thing and went to work. He was done in 30 minutes!!!! This company is the real deal. They are honest and they know what they are doing. I'm not going to anyone else for my windows and I have 50 in my home!

Description of Work: Installed a hurricane door in the garage. Work done quickly. Only 2 complaints 1)they did not place all the screws required by Coral Springs building code which required them to fix and get it reinspected. This is the second time I have encountered this problem with door installation (the last was not with this company). I would think they would be sure they knew the requirements before installation. 2) quote did not include replacing the door handle or lock. We wanted them replaced, they should have asked that question initially so we would know the cost. I would have bought my own online for less. Otherwise no issue with the work.

Description of Work: We contacted three companies to get quotes on impact windows and doors for our condo. We chose Keenan because of their Sales Manager, Dan Andersen, who was always ''Johnny on the spot'' with the quote and questions that we had, along with a competitive price. He told us the dates of installation and everything went as promised. The installers directed by their boss Andy, who was a professional in all ways, were courteous, efficient and capable. They went above and beyond with their cleanliness and the re-hanging of the blinds when they were done.We would highly recommend Keenan to anyone who needs windows and doors.

Description of Work: Extremely disappointed with this company!!!! I read all the references about this company, which were excellent, and decided to give them a call as I need accordion shutters. They are located on Oakland Park Blvd and we are located on Pines Blvd 2 minutes from turnpike). My husband was rudely told that this company is not doing job in Pembroke Pines. He tried to ask the lady why and the phone went dead!!!!!! So an F it is. Tell on your overrated site that you do not go to Pembroke Pines so we do not waste our time and be treated poorly!
