Excellent experience with GM Van Lines. Process was simple. The move coordinator, did a great job. He was very patient and answered all of our questions and concerns. The furniture was picked up and delivered during the time frame promised and transported across the country.. No hidden charges or extra fees incurred. Best of all the furniture arrived in great condition.

My experience with GM Van Lines was fantastic. He was very friendly and professional, and even though he and his crew worked fast, they also worked very carefully and meticulously. I will definitely use them again.

Such helpful people! I needed to store some furniture quickly, and I needed help moving the heavy stuff. I never could have moved all this furniture on my own, let alone as quickly as we got everything moved and stored. I would recommend these gentlemen in a heartbeat!

We moved about 1500 miles. Everything was done at the time set up including being at the new location within an hour of the time stated. Not one thing was damaged and we would highly recommended GM Van Lines.

The movers were accurate and very polite. They arrived on time, and did well job, properly wrapped my furniture (1 BR apt), of course, for short distance moving and delivered quickly at destination. They did not waste time on the road. They took care of my stuff and the house elements very well during unloading. I had stress as I had bad experience with moving companies before. However, I really enjoyed from their service.

Our movers were amazing! They showed up on time, moved quickly and were very careful with our stuff. What I thought was going to take 6 hours took only 4. I can't say enough good things about them. I will definitely use them again in the future! Truly great people.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our recent move with GM Van Lines. The crew arrived on time and went right to work. Max, the foreman from the Ukraine, explained to the Russian crew what to do. The crew spoke Russian among themselves, but were polite and eager to please us. They were very strong, able men who moved a hot tub and some very heavy machines of my husband’s. They professionally wrapped and taped items, disassembling those items that needed it. The trucks were carefully packed to the top. The next day the crew arrived on schedule and began unloading in 25 degree weather. Boxes were delivered to the appropriate rooms and furniture set up where we asked and carefully moved if we changed our minds. Max quickly repaired a broken cabinet leg. Mr. Gur gave our estimate in a very professional manner. He was the only one of the three movers we interviewed that gave us a printed estimate immediately. He gave my husband a veteran’s discount and we felt the price was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend GM Van Lines.

I have hired several moving companies in the past and this was by far the best experience I've had. They were courteous and professional and super efficient, finishing up in well under the time quoted. Nothing was damaged. I was very stressed out about this move but it was quick and easy. Thanks!

I had to switch my move date at literally the last minute and accommodated me! My move went so smooth. No surprises at all. Estimate was beyond fair. Their no problem attitude is beyond!! It was raining and they covered the carpet. They are not the average moving people. I would highly recommend them.

They were very professional on the phone and in my home. They did a very careful job moving my items making sure not to break anything. They took their time wrapping and packing all my stuff into the truck. I couldn't be happier! Thanks again.

I have officially found my new favorite moving company! I don't have a single bad thing to say and could go on about how great the whole moving team was yesterday on time, efficient, polite, professional, funny and even musical (yes, there was some singing involved). I will definitely be using GM Van Lines again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

All the guys were professionals and helpful. However I did have a few scratched items. They did wrap everything in moving blankets but still had a few issues. I did not report this back to the company. But overall they were very good. They did take a long lunch break during the ride to the new location so had to wait quite a while for them to arrive.

Was told truck would be weighed before and after product for accurate weight. That did not happen. Several dishes that were of value were broken due to packing heavy items together with Crystal! Some crystal was broken as well. Antique radio broken. They acted like I had an option for date of delivery of product. That was not the case. Note to company here’s how you get accurate weights. Weigh the truck, go to first stop, weigh the truck again do the math ,go to second stop, weigh the truck, do the math etc. etc. You’re in the customer service business. Be honest with customer. I didn’t like the fact that I had to constantly contact them after product was picked up. Needless to say I would not use this company again. Waiting to see how claim goes.

Great. I'd recommend these guys to anybody. On time. Polite. Good communicators. Treated my stuff with care. If you asked me what the worst part of the move was - I wouldn't have an answer. Great.

Low rider trailers with 8 inch clearance, do not work in the Tennessee hills. The Pampano crew did an excellent job of packing. Some broken furniture pieces from the quick and rough off load in Tennessee, but I guess that is to be expected.

They showed up an hour late and one guy left the job before it was complete, yet I had to pay full price. I called the office the next day and got the "We'll look into this and call you back". Well no surprise, I never got a call back. I've reported them to State of Florida Attorney General's office.

Overall they did their job and were courteous and friendly. However it would be better if all of them spoke English as you can't communicate at all

The team from GM Van Lines, Inc have been fantastic in helping us move from FL to CA. What would have been a very stressful move has been a straightforward and easy process thanks to the team at GM Van Lines, Inc. Excellent service, attitude, punctuality and a lot of hard work!

They scratched our wood floors, broke a standing light fixture, and hit the wall and knocked off plaster going out to the patio. The cost was as expected. But we haven't heard from their damage control office. I really can't suggest them to anyone.

Not a thing broken. (I did the packing). Andres was excellent as a foreman. Only thing was they asked me to remove our clothes from drawers and cd's from cabinet which in 4 previous moves I never did.

They were on time, courteous and it was great dealing with everyone from the estimate to the move. I will be using them again

Wow! This Company was incredible, not only were they early from schedule, they waited for us to get there. Moving from one home to present home. The guys were outstanding. Even though I gave them directions on where to put the furniture, they still asked. Will recommend n use them again. Thanks guys!
