Bill's Painting

This is the fourth time we've hired Bill over the past 12 years. He has always been prompt and professional. He and his crew have fixed the stucco wall after the electrician installed new wiring, the wall around the new circuit box, beautifully finished and painted inside and outside two of our homes. His rates are reasonable, he is more particular than anyone I've ever had do work for me, his crew comes neat, clean and ready to work, he and his crew cover everything and still clean up completely. I would (and will) hire him again. He's the best!

He was very courteous, competitive prices and very professional. I am extremely satisfied with his work and would recommend to everyone.

He was outstanding. He was responsive, cordial, respectful, careful in his work, and I would highly recommend him to others.

Don, the painter, arrived and was very friendly and talkative. He worked until late and painted the walls, the baseboards, and the front side of the wood trim around the windows and doors. At the end, I pointed out some areas that needed retouching (wall paint on the ceiling) and Don touched up the areas. I then pointed out a few more areas that needed fixing and he did it. He told me to call him, if I needed anything else. The next morning when I looked at the work, there were many areas of dripped paint on the walls and trim. There was also many small spots of paint on the wood floor and paint on the edge of the bathroom mirror, and bathroom tile. I spent an entire day cleaning and scraping paint off the various surfaces. The price and the fact that he painted the two rooms and bathrooms in one day was great, but the lack of detail and the sloppy workmanship was bad. The next day I received a call from Bill to see how the job had gone. I explained the situation and he apologized. I later received a message from Don stating that he was sorry and should have planned to return the next day.

They were prompt. The wallpaper was removed and the walls were prepared for painting. On the second day, the walls were painted. At the end of each day, they cleaned up all the debris and mopped the floors. The furniture and other household items were handled with care. I was very pleased that the work was completed in a short time-frame: two days. I was also told that if there were any spots that needed to be taken care of, please make a list of items for correction and call. They would come out and take care of what needed to be done. They were professional and courteous. I am very pleased with their work.

He gave me a good estimate over the phone, but I was leary of him based on some of his previous reports on Angie's List. He seemed very nice, but I plan to find another company with more positive reports.

It went very well. They did not ask for any deposit before they started the work, and only after they finished pressure cleaning I gave a 600.00 deposit out of a 3000.00 job. I think that was fantastic considering how often contractors require large deposits and then never come back.

Contacted Bill and got an estimate that day. Waited for another couple of estimates, some of which never came. Bill's crew started Thursday and finished Monday. I was very pleased with the results.

We had a excellent experience with Bill's Painting. I called them for an estimate and Bill personally came on the agreed date and time. I decided to use them and called them on Monday. He started the work on Tuesday morning and right on time! Bill and his team showed up on schedule ready to work and were very professional. They carefully moved all my furniture, belongings and ensured everything was adequately covered before they started the work. In addition, they removed all the blinds and carefully placed them in a safe place to ensure they were not damaged. They finished the wallpaper removal and washed the walls. They even mopped my floors when they left that day. They returned the second day to prep and texturize the walls. Before they continued with the texturing, they showed me how it would look and made sure I was happy before doing the walls. I really liked the uniqueness of the work and said go for it! They returned the third day to paint the walls and showed me the colors I choose before they went ahead to paint. They even cleaned the floors before they left. They returned for a couple hours the final day to paint the baseboards, touch up any needed areas and return all my furniture, belongings and blinds to their original spot. I can't say enough about the quality of work and professionalism Bill's Painting demonstrated. The estimate was right on target and even ensured I got the discount from the coupon. I would definitely use them again for other jobs in my home. Thank you for the great experience and quality job!

He said he would come and he didn't. This happened twice. Then I called him the third time, but he never called me back. I have never heard from him again. He gave me a time and everything, but he still did not show up.

Great, started when he said he would and finished when he said he would. Entire crew was courteous and worked with drop cloths at all times.

I will never use anyone else for paint jobs. Their prices are reasonable and the work is the best you can expect. We intend to use Bill's painting for the interior painting we need to have done. This is a huge house and Bill sent just one guy to do the job, but Chet the painter was as professional as you will ever see. The job took more time than we expected but the quality of the work was so high that I did not mid waiting the extra time to have the job done. Chet the painter never missed a single day he was suppose to be here.

Positive experience with this company. Bill came the same day to give an estimate of the job. Job started on time and worker (Chad) was very punctual and well mannered. Job lasted one week and a half, right on time as scheduled. After the house was half painted, we decided that we didn't like the first color we had chosen. We bought new paint color and Chad patiently started painted with new color. Overall, we waisted one day because of our mistake choosing the wrong color, but Chad was very fast and studious. In the end, we loved the new color of our house and were very satisfied with our experience with this company that we highly recommend.

They came in as scheduled for an estimate and performed the work the following week. It took them 2 days, pressure cleaning and paver replacement the first day and sealing the next day. They did an excellent and professional job.

I would definitely use them again. It took about 4 1/2 days. I was very pleased with the whole transaction.

He arrived late the first day but was punctual the second. He did a great job and I would use him again in the future with no hesitation. It was a big job, he was very nice and I am very happy. He gave me an extremely fair price.

We have previously worked with Bill's Painting for handling a roof power washing and clear coating and were very happy with that work. They're not the cheapest but the quality of work is very good and we were happy with the overall value. They estimated this one out and stayed within that estimate, even though the job ended up being more difficult than expected due to how poorly the previous owners had maintained the paint job. This time, the work was handled very professionally, and the quality was very good. They moved outdoor furniture and did a nice job on repairs. They consulted with us all along to make sure we were happy, even repainting a small portion twice when we couldn't decide on the right color. Overall, we were very satisfied with Don, who captained the work, and Bill himself, who performed the estimate.

Bill arrived on schedule to inspect & quoted on site. He said that when he starts a job it is full time every day until done. It was months between proposal time and when I was ready (waiting on roof repair contractor). I called Bill and let him know that I really wanted him to do the work, but that I was waiting on roof repairs first. He promised to fit me in within 2 weeks, whenever ready. He did just that 6 months later when I called just before Christmas. Upon arrival and reinspect, we realized I would need to get an engineer to mitigate interior damage before that could be done. I realized the exterior was too big a job for me so we changed project to all exterior, no interior & he gave me an Angie's List discount. Worker was on site every day. My 1st payment was for materials after the roof was done. Finished Christmas Eve. I requested he wait for payment until I could look the work over in detail after holiday. minor touch up done 2 days later. Beautiful paint job.

Called Bill and he came out within a few days to provide me with an estimate. Actual work scheduled for the next week. The power washing was performed one day and the sealer was applied the next day. I am very pleased with the work. The property looks great with a clean walk and sidewalk.

Very satisfied. Full week's work with 2-3 person crew available for 5 consecutive days. Excellent work, well priced and warranted for 7 years against peeling and cracking. Wearing very well so far.

Fine, I will definitely call them the next time I need painting done. The estimate was for $3600.

He arrived on time, worked for 8 hours with a 1-hour lunch break, and cleaned up before he left.

Promptly responded, performed work as expected but could have been better equipped with "DO NOT CROSS TAPE."

Bill's Painting was on time everyday to the job. They were very kind and courteous to all the tenants in the buildings. The worked was completed ahead of schedule and the clean-up didn't take very long either. I really got a great bargain for the money.

Bill himself came out and surveyed the roof from the ground, writing up a quote separated out by service. Once agreed, the worker showed up a few days later and performed the work as quickly as can be managed. It ended up taking 2 days due in part to having to do three separate services to the roof. The result was a very good looking roof, and the worker was very helpful and punctual.
