Asap General Services

My husband and I recently moved to a new neighborhood and trying to find a new cleaning crew nearby and we saw ASAP general service on Groupon and thought we should give it a try. Worst decision ever, first of, the guy is 40 minutes late, which is already a huge no-no since I do have other appointments after that. On top of that, he has absolutely no clue of what he should do, he kept interrupting me while I'm doing my desk work, to ask me what needs to be done, and how it should be done, even when there is a clear list of service for their detailed cleaning on their website for him to follow. He said the company didn't provide the equipment that was requested prior the appointment, so he couldn't do such and such, and he was extremely slow, playing on his phone on one hand while cleaning!! Their company called me during the service and ask if everything is OK? I told them that he was late; the bathroom is very well cleaned but it's been two hours and he still only just cleaned the first bathroom, I have no idea how he's gonna be able to finish all the service on the list that should be provided. I also told them that he didn't even have a mop for my tile floor and he had to borrow my Swiffer that wasn't even meant for deep cleaning. Sure enough, only one bedroom and one bath are well cleaned, everything else was just roughly done or just not touched at all! After the "service", they repeatedly called me to tell me that I have to pay their invoice online immediately, and because I was rushing to my other appointment (due to the service provider is 40 minutes late), I didn't have time to explain to them that I did not get the service I paid for, therefore, I do not wish to pay the full amount, but I don't want them to worry about me not paying them, so I still went ahead and paid the full $120 first. Just when I walked out the front door, there's he was, the cleaner, he came back to tell me that I have to pay right away, I assure him that I've already paid and he can have his manager stop calling me. After my meeting, I called them and address the problem, asked them if I can get a partial refund, they refused. The lady I was talking to on the phone with is extremely rude, keep cutting me off while I'm trying to explain the situation, she accused me of didn't tell them the problem right then and there, and told me that I should have told him to use the steamer that he brought for the floor. Aren't they suppose to be the professionals? How would I know that he brought a steamer and DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HE CAN USE THAT for tile floor? Why didn't the company call him right away to let him know that the steamer IS the equipment for the floor! and he should do such and such when I've already reported the problem to them? If I have to supervise everything he does, why do I even bother hiring a ''professional'' cleaning company? After days of discussion, they offer me a small ''discount'' for my ''next appointment'', but why would I make another appointment if this is how they treat their paying customers? Overall, awful experience, would not recommend this company.
