Description of Work: Alan cleaned our tile floor, cleaned the grout and replace some grout. He cleaned the walls of our shower, caulked all corners and sealed the grout on the shower floor.

 + 0 moreEverything they did was done perfectly and professionally! The whole house looks like it was completely retiled! The shower looks like it is brand new. Before this was done, it would take me a long time to clean the tile in the house and in that shower. I used every chemical I could think of and had it cleaned professionally a few times. Now there are no stains in the grout of any of the tile and it's only a matter of mopping the floor and doing a quick shower clean. I've saved hours and frustration by having this done. I would highly recommend their services to anyone without reservation!
Description of Work: Surface Saniti cleaned the grout of my tile in the WHOLE house! (And it's really large!) Then they color sealed all the grout. Next, they cleaned, regrouted and color sealed my large shower.

He was very professional and did an excellent job. He is a hard worker and we will definitely use him in the future.
