+ -1 moreHis was by far the best estimate, and he was timely in providing the estimate and timely in getting the work done. He was easy to reach by phone, and responsive to all my questions. He was hands-on, working along with his crew. We have had some hard rains since the roof was completed, and have had absolutely no leaks. He did not ask for upfront money, as one roofer did. I would definitely use this contractor again.
Description of Work: He removed old roofing, replaced roof by renailing roof decking, applying peel & stick underlayment, etc. He used Certainteed architectual shingles with lifetime warranty, replaced sky light, and replaced flat roof on house addition.

+ -1 moreHe was the quickest one among the other two companies that I called. I was very impressed with Mr. Warren; he came himself. He is strictly a one-team operation. He was here the next day and he has been roofing for forty one year which is good. He would give me a five year labor warranty. He quoted me $6,950. His price was just under what the insurance company had given me which also was rather nice. Depending on how soon they can do it, I will decide who is going to do the work.
Description of Work: I got a bid from Clay Warren Construction for roofing work. The person that I dealt with was Mr. Warren.
