Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Southwest Florida

Description of Work: Nothing. Was contracted to clean a commercial clubhouse. Was sent a "couple" for our services, only to find two weeks later we were down to ONE person--and to describe that person as lazy would be all too kind. We had continual complaints, reports of this person "hanging outdoors smoking" and always on the phone--who was consistently confrontational in a most bullying and unprofessional defensive manner. We finally decided to pull the plug, he came storming in to an internal meeting, etc. The following day our association had a Special Meeting and held it in a different area of the clubhouse this franchisee was supposed to clean. We moved one chair, found dead roaches, rat dung, and other garbage under this chair, unmoved for months, plus piles of rat dung all over the room. The manager never returned calls for weeks, and when we did have conversations, she was always over-promising, condescending, and ultimately--the business person's worst nightmare--completely unresponsive. STAY AWAY!
