Description of Work: re-installed ice maker correctly; reinstalled upper and lower freezer racks so that the bottom drawer closes properly. Not fewer than 4 other previous repair services failed to notice that the ice maker device as well as the racks were installed backwards! Thanks to Technical Appliance Group our refrigerator and freezer work properly now. We noticed a great improvement in the performance of our appliance right away.

+ -1 moreWe had purchased a maintenance contract with our refrigerator (4/2008). When the ice-maker malfunctioned, we called for service to fix that plus the other problems we had been living with - 1. Loose freezer drawer handle and 2. Freezer drawer was extremely difficult to open and close. John's first trip fixed the drawer handle, but he discovered that parts would need to be ordered to complete the work. He returned a week later and quickly completed the repairs. A new ice-maker and drawer glides were installed.
Description of Work: Repaired refrigerator freezer drawer and pull. Replaced ice-maker.
