Description of Work: They checked out a problem I was having with my pool pump and made a minor repair. Have shopped in their store for pool supplies and have always found the owner Patrick to be very helpful. They don't try to sell you services you don't need. The only reason I didn't score them all A's is that they were very busy and couldn't get out as soon as I would have like. Other than that, happy with the service.

+ -1 morePatrick could have told us we needed to spend hundreds of dollars to fix our pool pump instead he took the entire system apart and cleaned/lubricated the pump and filter assemblies (which is why our system wasn't working in the 1st place) and charged us only a few dollars. An honest businessman like Patrick deserves ALL our pool business and he'll get it no matter how cheap Leslie of Pinch a Penny is
Description of Work: Patrick came out on a Sunday and didn't charge us "extra". Our pump wasn't pulling any water so if Patrick wasn't an honest, forthright person he very easily could have said we needed a new impeller and we wouldn't have known the difference. Instead Patrick cleaned our entire pump/filter assembly and it's worked like a charm ever since. A new impeller replacement would have cost hundreds of dollars, instead he spent an hour and a half cleaning and oiling everything and charged us for a minor service call.
