Apart from being a very nice person to deal with, Russ is always there when he says he will be and does an excellent job. Having experienced some "nightmare" contractors, it's a pleasure to have someone who actually knows what he's doing and takes pride in a job well done. We'll always call on Russ for our plumbing needs.

Extremely reasonable, extremely efficient, knowledgable, and does not rip you off. I can't stress enough just how honest he is, if he thinks he can't do it, he'll give you a reliable recommendation. He's a great plumber, and the nicest person. Russ is always so pleasant!!!!

Met Mr. Roff at pluming supply company as I was waiting to purchase new toilet. We struck up a conversation and I was impressed by his manner. I asked him if he served my area, and told him what I needed and asked for an estimate for the work. He gave me a better estimate and also picked up the supplies and toilet [and saved me a trip to pick them up] with a install date of the next afternoon. He arrived promptly as promised and completed the work to my complete satisfaction, cleaned up every thing and took the old toilet for disposal. I will use him for any plumbing related work in the future and recommend him to my friends.
