Description of Work: What did they do? NOTHING! And that is the problem. They never responded, so I got nothing in return for my hard-earned money. No deal at all!

Description of Work: Service provider was early which was fine. However, he looked at my system and told me that the brand I owned, he was unable to service because he couldn't get necessary parts. Had that info been disclosed in the details, I would have saved my money & not purchased the service. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund.

+ -1 moreDon inspected the pump and ran tests showing the issue was not in the pump and that the pump was in quite good condition. He found the issue was in the poorly installed plumbing with restricted flow causing the pump to work harder. It was Sunday mid afternoon however he stayed and plumbed everything the right correctly, he also helped us with a new water softener, saving us $$. Honesty and integrity second to none!
Description of Work: RL came out to inspect and quote service on a leaking pump we we told by others was the problem ($4500 problem).

His price was very fair and the level of quality and proffesionalizm was great. Don is very knowledgable about what he does and it shows in his work. We also have them performing regular maintenance on the new system to keep it going strong for years to come. R.L. Water Treatment LLC is truly one of the good guys. They are about quality worksmanship and offering exactly what you need, nothing more nothing less.
