They were amazing! We had been flooded during the hurricane and I was feeling overwhelmed with all the cleaning that needed to happen. Carmen brought her team and they scrubbed and disinfected everything! Now this situation is not so overwhelming to deal with.

When I was looking for a company to perform spring cleaning such as cleaning the baseboards, remove dust from ceiling fans, sanitize the bathroom, clean the interior windows and ledges, dust and mop the floors, I called Riki General Services. From the four companies I had contacted, Ms. Carmen was the only contractor that was responsive, arrived on time to quote the job and complete the work. Ms. Carmen was open to my suggestions but made some great recommendations. After the plan, an estimate was provided promptly. Ms. Carmen and her team did an outstanding job that created a final product that is far better than I had imagined. Overall, it was a great experience! Ms. Carmen and her team were very professional, timely and had reasonable pricing. I highly recommend this team, Riki General Services, and will use them again in the future.
