Pump failed under 3 year warranty. Reliable refused to come to my house for replacement since I was "no longer in their service area". They said any well company would honor my 3 year warranty. This was not the case and I had to spend $1700 for a new pump. As a minimum, they could have refunded the cost of the pump. The company that did replace the pump agreed with me that the pump failed under warranty as this was a just case for a warranty replacement. I was willing to return the failed pump to them. They would then get a warranty credit that could be returned to me. Bottom line is the pump failed "under their 3 year warranty" and they would NOT honor what they wrote on my receipt.

Poorly. Sulfur blocker failed, made all the water in the home black, 6 months later started blowing fittings, 2 attempts made (charged me again) unable to repair, blamed the water table. I fixed it myself, no issue with the water table, leak in a pressure switch, 1 year and 7 days old pump seized up, was told its out of warranty and they quoted me a labor price as high as me buying them pump myself and then said it’s likely 3x that because the pump was out of warranty by 7 days

Scammers! Do not use! Called them to prime my pump. They called me an hour after they got there and said my foot valve was bad, which it wasn't since I just changed it the day before. They charged my credit card for $170 for supposedly 2 hours of work. STILL NO WATER!! They wanted me to spend almost 300 more to run a new line and wait a week and a half to do it. And not even sure that was the problem. The "technician" had to be on the phone with the "boss" the whole time. Has no clue what he's doing.

Tech evaluated the no irrigation water situation went back to the office for a proper valve, replaced the valve, cleaned up the work area and tested for leaks.

Went extremely well. When I called to ask for service, a real live person answered the phone. Someone was at the house within 1 hour and the repair was completed in 30 minutes. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional.

Lee, from Reliable arrived in response to a "no water" complaint at my home. Lee gave me a price of appoximatly $700.00 to replace my airator pump. I told him that that seemed very high, as I had had the same service done at my rental property for approximatly $475.00. I had a maintenance agreement with Reliable at my rental and was a known customer, so I asked Lee if it was alright for him to go ahead with the work, as an installer, and to have the owner, (Mary and Steven) bill me after reviewing the charge to see if there had been a pricing mistake. In response to my question on the price, I received a bill for the same amount with the following written upon it by the owner (Mary); "IF YOU DO NOT WANT THIS PUMP, PLEASE LET ME KNOW TODAY (MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 22ND) AND WE WILL REMOVE THE PUMP. THE OFFER TO REMOVE THE PUMP IS FOR TODAY ONLY. AFTER TODAY WE WILL EXPECT TO RECEIVE PAYMENT, AS YOU AGREED BY SIGNING THE INVOICE ON THE DATE OF SERVICE, OR A LIEN WILL BE PLACED ON YOUR PROPERTY" . I paid the bill, but there is no possible way I would use them again!

Corey arrived on time & was very knowledgeable about our water softener as well as the water filtering system in our refrigerator & the one mounted on our kitchen sink. He explained/educated us on how the different systems worked & that "all' was working well at this time. He was able to answer all of our questions clearly & concisely. If we ever have problems with these systems we will definitely call Reliable Well Services. Once again Angie's List comes through. Last but not least, there was no charge for the service call.

It went really good. They are good and the price was excellent.

The day I closed on my new home in Venice Florida I arrived at the home to discover I had no water pressure from my well. I was only going to be in town for a few days so fixing this had to be done quickly. I discovered Reliable Well Services on Angie's List and called them. Despite a full service call schedule they squeezed me in for a Friday morning service call. When they arrived they discovered I had lost the prime on my well pump. They explained what was wrong and showed me how to prime the pump as well as gave me a brief overview of how my well, water softener and aerator worked. When I asked for the invoice they said they were not going to charge me just to prime a well pump and wished me well. WOW! That was service beyond expectations. I will certainly use them in the future.

His price was too high. The interaction with them was okay. I did not use them because they were too expensive. I would not get a quote from them in the future.

This is a very professional company. We have been working with Reliable for about 1 year and I couldn't be happier. This company cares about their customers and their reputation, this is very different when compared to the previous company we hired.

We switched to Reliable Well Services from Charlotte County Rainsoft approximately 6 months ago. When we switched we signed up for their monthly maintenance program, which covers just about everything at a very reasonable price. They were very proactive about getting the system to a steady state, which has been a problem with the previous company. They stopped all of the leaks, replaced inexpensive parts with higher quality parts and have solved several problems that previously existed, including improving the overall quality of the water. It appears that their attitude toward service is to be proactive about avoiding problems, not raking in the bucks once a problem occurs. Reliable Well has been terrific to work with, I highly recommend this company.
