Rainscape is without doubt the most responsive, knowledgeable, professional irrigation company I have ever dealt with. I had not heard of them before I began searching for a company who could solve my problem. I will use them for all irrigation services and highly recommend them. Sarah was great to work with on scheduling and Rad was the best; called to estimate time of arrival, which was earlier than scheduled, to my delight, and saw the job through to the end. Their price was very reasonable, lower than a previous estimate I had received.

Very well. Kept appointments promptly. Suggested a simpler system that I originally considered and saved me money. Reviewed the system with me. Cleaned up after themselves. I am quite happy.

They did not charge any additional fees and found no other work to be completed. One person came out it took an hour.

They turned them on and looked at them. Then they didn't fix any problems that they found. They wrote up an estimate of what it would cost to work on it. I would not have bought an estimate. That is usually free. These people are rip off artists.

For $39 they performed a barely minimal job of adjusting for proper trajectory and did not attempt to set the controller for proper watering time and duration as was mentioned in the deal list.

Ivan came to our house at the appointed time and was very friendly! He went right to work after explaining what the tune-up entailed. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and explained a couple of minor problems that needed attention. I have a small leak on one pipe feeding a head. After talking through the options I decided to put off that repair until the fall since I am not currently using the system due to the daily rainfall. At no time did Ivan resort to high pressure sale tactics. He is a very sharp young man who knows what he is doing. He took the time to show me how to correctly program my system. Ivan was friendly, courteous, and professional! I would definitely recommend RainScape for any irrigation issues! Thank you Ian for your help!

They arrived early (after calling to ask if it was ok), and did a good job. Cleaned sprinkler heads, reset timer, checked entire system .They told me what repairs were needed and gave me estimates.

The agent canceled the first appointment due to rain but never me know. I can't to inquire about it and was provided an appointment for the following morning. Showed up on time for the next appointment. He was leaving when I asked him about the correct watering times on the different zones. It was only after I specifically asked for the promised service that he made any adjustments.

We never got a response! We will be looking for a credit to our charge card.

He cut grass from around the heads to give them more room. Did not adjust or replace any heads. Suggested I replace all heads with a 6 in riser. They currently have 4 in risers. He gave a proposal to upgrade to 6 inch risers and add a new 6 inch pop up to cover area not receiving water. $740

They found a leaking pipe. We had an accuator that wasn't working. They came back to repair that and a blown transformer. We are very pleased and they did it very efficiently. Matt, Ivan & Steve were the staff who came out.

Great. They did it when they said they would for the price that was quoted.
